The plumber Luis and helper was very thorough on the installation of the water heater. When they came into the house put down a runner on the floor to protect it. Explained what was done in detail including the cut off values. When finished they also cleaned up with no problems.

All of my interior pipes suddenly started leaking a few weeks ago. Everyone recommended I call Don at Plumbing Solutions and he was great! He knew how to address the situation with the least amount of damage to my walls and had a lot of experience replacing all of my water lines, as well as my water heater. We had a backup in our sewer line, and another plumbing company was pushing us to replace our whole line, which would have cost lots of money and torn up our whole yard. We got referred to PS, and Don came over. He had his guys video the line, and they found that while the line needed to be cleaned out, it was intact and didn't need to be replaced. He recommended that we install a cleanout and do a thorough cleaning of the line. We went ahead, and we also decided to ask him to change out some old leaky plumbing. They did all of the work, at the price advertised, didn't try to upsell or nickel and dime us on minor things. Don, as well as the crew that came over with him, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I strongly recommend this company for any work you need done.
