we had a 75 gallons gas fired water heater in the basement replaced. The tech Sergio did a great job and they cleaned up very well after completing the work. I didn't give them 5 star due to the price charged. For the specific water heater used, the cost is $1350 which I can buy from the distributor, the cost to install and parts was $2400 which was outrageous. for roughly 3-4 hours of labor, it should be less than $1200 even account for post COVID inflation. My fault for not negotiation. when my neighbor gave me their contact information, he mentioned they are good but expensive, I just didn't realize it can be this extreme. The work was inspected by the town's official and passed, but the inspector mentioned the vendor's license expired which means the vendor may not be licensed when I hired them for the work,making it hard to the fact that I was charged that much. anyway the work is good, but watch out, negotiate and make sure their license is renewed if you hire them for work.

leak under sink needed to be fixed. plumbing solutions responded within hours and identified the issue quickly. a part was needed which required a replacement part from faucet company which luis handled by requesting the part be supplied under warranty. he tightened the faucet to temporally stop the leak until we received the replacement part. great job done as usual.

Plumbing Solutions was very responsive, getting back to me within an hour of my reaching out online. They installed a new toilet. Elijah and his assistant were respectful, wore shoe protectors when entering my home. Elijah explained what they would do, recommended a Toto toilet which I had researched and was happy with. He finished the installation in good time, left the area clean. They also disposed of the old toilet. I am very happy with the job they did.

The plumber Luis and helper was very thorough on the installation of the water heater. When they came into the house put down a runner on the floor to protect it. Explained what was done in detail including the cut off values. When finished they also cleaned up with no problems.
