Super fast. After getting a few quotes they were the cheapest and was the very first response I got back. Came out days later and fixed my hot water heater. Have you ever heard of a plumber who didn't charge you when they came, tried to fix the issue and couldn't fix it. Well that's what happened here. They earned my loyalty and respect.

While I have no complaints about the work done, the prices charged were astronomical - $396 to change a toilet wax ring (I know people who have had this done for as little as $75) and another $302 to change a heating zone valve head. Then an additional $69 service fee. The total bill was $767 - for 1.5 hours (and could have been less) of work. They provide no transparency in pricing before they come on site, at which point, you as a homeowner have already half-committed. In my case, I had no choice as I needed the work done ASAP as I had family coming into town for Thanksgiving. On the positive side, they were very quick to respond, which is a plus.

I had a great experience working with Matt and his team. They fixed our shower and three sinks after we moved in to our new house. Prices were super reasonable - in fact they founder a simpler and less expensive way to fix the shower than we anticipated. Everyone we interacted with was polite, friendly, professional, and punctual. The work they did was excellent and were great about scheduling promptly and accommodating my less than flexible schedule.

Sullivan plumbing solutions are nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend them for anything. They are very smart and always have an answer for all of your questions (even if you ask a lot) they never make you feel silly. Both Matt and Tim spend as much time as you need to go through discussing any issues you're having. They have never made a mistake and have been working for my family for 20 plus years. They are so friendly and respectful and truly THE BEST plumbers around the Boston area. I highly highly recommend.

I've used Plumbing Solutions twice and both jobs couldn't have gone any better. Artie fixed a leak from the upstairs shower that at least three other plumbers failed to fix. He worked on that job for three hours and it was not an easy repair, but he persevered and was successful! The second job was a simple replacement of the washing machine shut-off valve and again, a good, reliable repair and at a fair price.

I would also like to highlight what a nice guy Artie is and what a pleasure it was to have him in our home. Just a real nice fellow and an extremely hard worker.

Plumbing Solutions is now my go-to call for any plumbing issues! I highly recommend them.

this company was very unfair to deal with they over charged me at a time of need , he had an eprentis do all the work and charged me for a master plumber , then a circulator pump that he installed failed 1 moth later and mr tim sulivan the owner refused to come back and fix the problem very unprofesonal, i would not recomend this company to my worst enamy
