I called at 2:57 pm, Monday, October 26, 2020, in Chicago, IL., requesting a Plumber or Plumbers to come out to check where water was coming from that is backing up in my basement. Explained it might be handled by my Home Owners Insurance. Rich, the name he gave me asked for my information and then told me I would have to pay them first and allow the insurance to pay me back. Well...I was told someone would be out in an hour. I received that information after Rich and someone else were having a conversation about getting an ink pen and giving some one other instructions while I was still on the telephone. When he came back to me I did not know he was talking to me. The telephone was at his mouth as long as he was talking to the other person. Not only was there no professionalism with this company, but they are dishonest. No one showed up and no one called to inform me they could not keep the appointment or would have to reschedule. Rich and his company need a little more training in communicating and customer service.

Based on the 1 review I called this place, I was given a time when he would be here, he never showed nor did he bother to call to reschedule. This is one of the reasons I have s problem calling businesses in my own neighborhood. I would never bother calling again how does one run a business like that!

Plumbing Solutions came to my home and did an excellent job. Very professional. I encourage anyone in the surrounding areas to call Rich! He's great and even gave me a personal tutorial of what was going on with my pipes.
