We had a small leak from our water heater shut off valve, other than that it has been working perfectly since we purchased our home. My husband called and fortunately they were able to come fix the leak within a day or two. Once the leak was fixed (20 min and 224 dollars later) I noticed our water was not getting hot. Dave came back to trouble shoot the source or the problem. He said our water heater thermostat """"went bad"""". We have NEVER had issues with the temperature of our water until this """"quick leak repair"""". Dave stated """"he has no proof my water heater was working prior to his servicing because he didn't test it"""". Essentially calling my husband and I liars. He also stated """"there's nothing he could've done to cause the thermostat to malfunction"""". Regardless of the fact that the thermostat was working just fine prior to his arrival. Finally, his last and most insulting statement """"I've been doing this as long as you've been alive, it's your word against mine and I know I didn't touch the thermostat"""". A few hours later my husband replaces the thermostat that """"went bad"""" and the water heater still isn't working. He troubleshoots a few knobs and finds that Dave never turned one of the knobs connecting the two water heaters back into the on position. Dave turned the valve off to prevent backflow. We reinstalled our old thermostat and everything worked perfectly. This means Dave lied about the thermostat malfunction. Ultimately I'm giving two stars for responsiveness and availability. Docking three stars for the lack of humility, insulting a client and falsifying diagnostics. I will not recommend them to friends and family.

Stay away! Had them out to diagnose and fix a leak in my kitchen. A full day after """"fixing"""" the leak there was water all over my son's room and completely ruined his laminate floor. The plumber came back, brought a piece in and pulled out the dishwasher. He did something but claimed it was """"residual"""" water...really, at least 3 gallons appeared after almost 24 hours? Don't use them unless you want your water problems to continue and end up with more damage. Very bad business ethics, poor communication as well.

I can't say enough good! Water heater pipe broke in the middle of the night and I couldn't shut water down. Also, the water had created an electrical fire (small1 but still happened). I shut power down and called. Dave sent the kindest tech to the home to assist in shutting water doors and the job was done tip top (replaced water heater) and super tidy. Thank you for being the men that wore capes today! Definitely th hero!

We goes go back to Dave because we trust him and he has a wealth of knowledge. He has worked on my wife's dental office, our barn, our house, gas fireplace, inline gas water heater. Won't recommend anyone other than him and his team. Our well water system was on its last legs and caused our inline gas water heater to stop because it got clogged. They fixed it and flushed it out. After looking for the source of the clog we found our water filters were the cause. Dave was able to get the right filters and replace them. Because we were getting sand from the well he installed a sand trap. Finally he adjusted our water pressure which was low which our filter guy and well guy never checked. He is so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dave and his team.WW

Great technician, instal was very professional. Get your water heater beforehand, you'll pay a lot less. The model I received retails for $700; they charged me $1100 plus 300 for the installation. Other than that it was a good experience.

Today was a pretty rough day use the bathroom and it stopped working. We called several companies around and we ended up going with the one that we used once for service before. They were very helpful and knowledgeable in their expertise in their field. They did a site survey To see what the issue was. They walked around the facility and they said they were going to get us back and running. I see them walking around and I was like why are they still here. They came up with a small solution to give us a temporary fix, they then flushed out our system pipes with the temporary fix and got us up and running. They discovered there was a clog in the system. They honestly could've re-piped the entire system instead of doing that. Their integrity and their professionalism went above and beyond from their years of experience. Highly recommended for future projects and service any where. By the way we are a commercial business!
