Joe came by promptly to look at our plumbing issue. It turned out to be a broken faucet piece that we could easily fix by replacing the faucet ourselves; we didn't really need a plumber. Joe did not charge me for the call - even though he easily could have. I appreciate the integrity and will definitely call them again if other plumbing issues arise. Thank you, Joe!

Joe Diaz, the owner, was prompt and professional. He fixed our problem quickly, and for a very reasonable price-and then, he cleaned everything up,and left my kitchen floor cleaner than when he arrived. I will definitely be calling him for all of our future plumbing needs!

I called this company looking for a licensed gas/propane tech. Joe responded immediately and we went from there. He adjusted all of the oxygen ports on a stove in my rental following up with clear feedback. Renters reported he was on time, polite and very efficient.

I see a lot of 5 star reviews, Joe deserves them. I have called him 3 separate times, kitchen faucet, bath/shower faucet, and the main water pipe. Joe has responded quickly and completed the job to my satisfaction. I will call him again.

I called this company as I was looking for a repipe of my house. Joe called me back quickly. I sent him the access to the home via text as he had asked. The next morning he called and I had to send him the text again. When he got to the house he said he couldn't get into the house but ""the recipe to do it is a pain the the butt"". Really? So he only wants easy jobs? Then he argues with me on the phone! What a mistake calling this guy.

This was the first time that I hired Plumbing Solutions and I would hire Plumbing Solutions (Joe) again and again! He gave me a good price for a Water Heater Replacement and even though he ended up having to do some extra work on the replacement he did NOT up the quoted price. His work was excellent, he was very profession and extremely friendly. I highly recommend Plumbing Solutions!

Did work for my parents and after would not answer phone for 2 weeks then finally when he did answer phone he was rude and useless. DO NOT hire JOE. INSTEAD--- find someone who takes pride in themselves and their business.

Joe from Plumbing Solutions came to my home twice (on the recommendation from a friend), first to work on a plumbing problem and second to do Hvac general maintenance/install a venting pipe from the hot water heater through the roof. The plumbing issue was a disgusting emergency (couldn't use bathrooms because of septic tank overflow). He was able to come over within a couple hours, stayed until the job was done, and had reasonable rates. He was professional, on time, courteous, friendly and very informative. I really appreciated that he explained things to me so I understood not only how to care for the plumbing/air conditioning/furnace... but also why. He also cleaned up after all that he did (a first for us). All is flowing smoothly with the plumbing now (yeah for that), and we're ready for summer heat as Hvac maintenance is all done. We will be repeat customers as we're so happy with the work done.

Update
Since my last review Joe has come back twice to do some other plumbing problems and he has been very nice and professional each time. He fixed a dripping bathroom sink and now today went into our ceiling to strap down all the water pipes. He had a very nice helper with him and they both took there time to fix the problem going above and beyond to help us. His helper even vacuumed after they were done.
Joe is a great guy!

Called on a Friday after Hot water heater quit working. He offered to come same day, but I scheduled appointment for Saturday morning. I have found that most plumbers don't want to work on my Rheem Hot water heater. But, he showed me the problem, called Rheem, got the part sent next day to my house. After it arrived, he came in 2 hours and fixed it. Plumbing Solutions was very honest, timely, and professional. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends.
