Last week PGE unexpectedly shut off the gas to my house because of several leaks detected in the lines.
Gratefully, Plumbing Solutions was available & quick to respond at the last minute.
Otto & Adam of Plumbing Solutions were very knowledgeable, kind, respectful & easy to talk to.
They worked well as a team, took time to assess the situation, to explain things & come up with a plan to fix the issues in the easiest way possible; though it was in no way easy with this old house.
At the end, Otto took the time to check in with me via phone text, when PGE returned to turn the gas back on. He also made time to troubleshoot over the phone when PGE forgot to turn on the gas valve to the water heater.
I'm so grateful to have the heat back on in the house & grateful to Plumbing Solutions for their expertise & care.
With the new lines in I can already tell that the gas heating systems are functioning more efficiently & effectively.

I talked with multiple plumbers after the water company told me I had a leak in my main line somewhere under my driveway causing my bill to skyrocket.

Otto was the only one to offer a free estimate and show up same day. He was also the only one that didn't demand I spend $600 on leak detection before he would even show up. After looking at my pipe he gave me the option to do leak detection and a spot fix if I really wanted to, but warned me since it was 70 year old galvanized and rusted pipe another spot was likely to break again soon if I did that. He was totally right, after pulling the full pipe it was very brittle and a spot fix, while cheaper in the short run, wasn't the best call. It all needed to come out.

The price he quoted was very fair compared to others and he even offered to run a temporary hose as a patch fix while I got the money together for the real fix.

He was able to offer full service, not only fixing the pipe but also cutting a trench out of the concrete to get to the old pipe and replacing all concrete after.

Really easy going and honest guy if I ever have a future plumbing need he'll be my first call.

Otto returned my call the same day, came out and really worked to understand the best way to replace the very old water line from house to meter where we had a leak.

Otto came back the next day with a quote, could get the work done sooner than another company I was considering.

He and his team were here as planned, even texted me that they were on their way.
Our landscaping had to be dug up and moved, rocks, gravel and plants, to trench the new line. They got the line in that day so we could end the leak and the meter spinning
The next day, replaced all the landscaping beautifully, cannot even tell this was dug up!
And while they were here, I asked Otto to work on my irrigation line that was doing that hard knock thing, fixed that as well!

We had an awesome experience with Otto from Plumbing Solutions, with top-notch customer service, including returning calls and available for emergencies in a timely manner, and explaining any issues encountered in layman's terms, and going above and beyond; for instance, when he removed our old toilets that had been set for many years, he took the time to scrub the grime that had accumulated on the tile under the toilets over the years before setting our new toilets. He also installed our touchless kitchen sink faucet and soap dispenser and had to move the air gap to the other side in order to accommodate the soap dispenser and touchless mechanism, and again scrubbed away, to spic-and-span status, the residual grime left behind over the years under the cover plate, as we did not want to install another plate with our new faucet. If quality service and workmanship is what you are looking for, then Otto from Plumbing Solutions is your man to call.

We had toilet issues and a leaking shower. Otto fixed our toilet problems and then came back in a couple days to replace the shower value and trim. Great job. He's super efficient, and stays in constant communication. Would definitely recommend and he'll be our plumber, now.
