We called Plumbing Solutions based on YELP reviews, and had a great experience. When I called to request an appointment, Mike was very helpful in advising me as to what kind of fixtures to purchase at Home Depot for installation. Initially we wanted to have 2 new sets of bathroom sink fixtures installed, but decided to also have our tub and sinks snaked as it hadn't been done in years.

We knew one of the bathroom sinks would be tricky, as it had been leaking from a poorly installed job done by a previous contractor. We really appreciated the fact that Plumbing Solutions charges by the job, not by the hour, and gives a written estimate that clearly spells out exactly what is going to be done.

Mark did a great job, despite the fact that one of the installations was much more involved than anticipated. He was friendly, thorough, and very professional.

The next time we need a plumber, we know who to call!

I called with what I thought (okay, was hoping) was just a tough clog. Mike did a thorough evaluation and determined that there were tree roots--yes, tree roots!-- in the pipes. I imagined that would be extremely expensive, but Mike did a couple other evaluations and determined he'd be able to take care of the problem for a reasonable price. A couple hours later, the problem was fixed and Mike was cleaning up with his own cleaning supplies! Great experience. In addition to being extremely competent and professional, Mike was also very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Dug out a 100 ft trench in a day and installed new water main with great efficiency and no mess. I am very impressed with their work and professionalism. I am grateful to find another tradesman that I feel I can trust. I'd use them again for any number of plumbing jobs and would recommend you call them.

I called Plumbing Solutions after a water pipe broke inside my bathroom wall and my usual plumber was ""too busy"" to respond. I spoke to Mark and he came out the same day (on time), quoted me a price up front and did the repair quickly & efficiently... AND he cleaned up after himself! He was prompt, friendly and did exactly what he said he would, at a reasonable cost! Plumbing Solutions will definitely be my FIRST call the next time I need a plumber!

Joel about a leak that had broken through my ceiling from an upstairs bathroom into
The downstairs. I'd rented out my condo for a few years and the leak had been there for a long time.

Joel was very clear about when he would come by and even gave me a heads up 25 min before he was arriving.

He had to cut a hole in the ceiling but he kept it small which was great. It has to be replaced anyway because of water damage from the leak. We saw traces of the leak but even with the water running it was nowhere to be found. Joel went upstairs and did some detective work.

It turned out the tenant had fixed the leak but not told me. It was a terrible caulking job but there wasn't any plumbing issue.

I was so relieved to find it was nothing that I was happy to pay the call fee. Joel told me not to worry about it though. Much to my surprise and delight.

I think that Joel is a professional that takes pride in his work. He was honest and helpful. He explained everything to me clearly and was more than fair when dealing with my job. Really 5 stars!

Called Plumbing Solutions last night after finding standing water under the house. What we thought was a grading problem turned out to be a plumbing one. They sent Mike out who diagnosed and fixed the problem. Mike was very professional, polite and friendly. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and did it in a timely manner. This was a nasty messy fix, so a big thanks to Mike and Plumbing Solutions.

This is as good as it gets. It's stressful when plumbing problems occur, as we all know. It's even worse when big money is potentially on the line. I had a plumber come out and then suggest that I had serious problems in my main line. I knew that was going to be a lot of money. I worried for days and then called Plumbing Solutions. They set a two hour window, came out on time, knew exactly what to do to sort things out. It's such a relief when someone is competent and doesn't try and take advantage, particularly when they know you know nothing. Mike is great. He's a salt of the earth kind of guy, solid in his skill set, friendly, professional, kind to my daughter and pets. His fees are more than reasonable. Not only did he tell me the prior guy was wrong, but he educated me about plumbing concerns. What I liked most is that he was clear about what the costs would be and asked in advance if I wanted to proceed and explained the options. (I just can't stand it when they don't do that and at the end I owe a lot of money and never agreed to it.) I'll definitely call this company again!

I called these guys because I was tired of my old plumber who did just enough to get by. Plumbing solutions customer service is top notch. There was a mixup with scheduling and Joel came to fix my problem himself and went above and beyond. He will get my business again.

Believe the reviews. Mike is the man! Before I get into our specific issues, I want to talk about Mike. This guy is the epitome of who you would want doing work for you. He's friendly, professional, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers; a truly rare find nowadays.

We had what we thought to be a minor clog in our sewer lateral, so I called these guys up and they were able to come out the same day. It turns out that our problem was much bigger than expected after Mike tried to snake the pipe twice without success. We agreed that he would start a spot repair first, then examine the entire pipe when everything was dug up to see if it warranted replacing. He told me that it would take at least 48 hours before he could begin digging (for permits, USA marking, etc.). He handled the entire permitting process and was actually able to start work a day earlier than expected!

It turns out we had major root intrusion so I asked if we should go ahead and redo the entire pipe. He recommended against it because the rest of the pipe looked fine. I agreed and he finished up the repairs, which took a total of about 4 hours. After the repairs were complete, I asked him if I should have him come back every 6 months to at least inspect it, to which he also recommended against. Instead he gave me some great advice on how I can maintain the pipe myself with off the shelf stuff (RootX).

I mean, I'm practically throwing money at this guy and he could have very well taken advantage of the situation, but as I said before he's honest and genuinely wants to help people. I'm definitely using them in the future for my plumbing needs. I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

Oh, and he also loves sports (Go Dubs!). Thanks Mike!

This was a wonderful experience if you can say a running toilet is wonderful. We called about 9:00am and made appointment for between 11-1pm. Mike showed up about 11:30 looked at the problem and had it fixed by 1pm. He was just great. You need to try these folks. They are very professional, efficient and dependable.
