Called Plumbing Solutions to fix a link in my kitchen sink. He came & tighten the garbage disposal. Took 15 minutes to do & the best news was that he didn't even charge me!!! What a nice guy!!!!

Needless to say - Plumbing Solution just got a new customer! I got 3 properties & I always need a GOOD plumber.

This should be the only place you call for any leak or plumbing services that you need. Mike had some of the best customer service I have ever experienced regardless of industry or profession. I had a leaking main line from the street to my house. Mike answered my call at 800 pm and was there at 830 am the next morning. He proceeded to walk me through what he was going to do and quoted me a very fair price for the work. It was done that day with minimal damage to my front lawn. I've already recommended them to my neighbor, and would gladly recommend them to anyone else who asked. Thank you Mike and great job!

I noticed my water heater (25 yrs old) leaking, so I called up Plumbing Solutions after finding them on yelp. They would've came over the same day to check it out, but I couldn't get out of work. They came first thing in the morning the next day, checked out the situation, answered all my questions, and was able to start work the next day. (Actually Mike was able to do the work the same day, but I had to go to work.)

Next morning, he fixed a leaky toilet for free, and then I left for work when he started working on the water heater. He finished the job, closed the garage door, and now I have a brand new heater.

What I also learned is that water heater requires yearly maintenance, and this is something Plumbing Solutions will provide going forward as part of the job they performed.

Very quick to come and give you a quote at no charge and if you say go ahead with the work after getting the quote they will do the work right then and there as long as they have the right parts with them. Great customer service!

Like the previous posters, I was able to get an appointment on short notice. Mike came out and was able to fix both our leaky toilet and our bath/shower combination that had ceased to work as a shower. Mike was very easy to work with and the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

Our house had a plumbing backup and we were toiletless. Plumbing Solutions sent out a guy in an hour. He was friendly and smart. I explained the problem to him and he told me the immediate solution, and after looking at the pipes - a new plumbing job that had been done shortly before we bought the house - he explained what the root cause was and what the ultimate solution would be. His rates for the immediate solution and his quote on fixing the root cause were both very reasonable. Would absolutely call them again in the future.

I called Plumbing Solutions and got their answering machine. I could have sworn I was still leaving a message when Joel called me back! He was in the area and stopped by within 5 minutes. He looked at my two issues and quickly determined they were easy fixes. He gave me a quote but also offered quick instructions since it was a easy fix. Nice guy, honest and for sure he will be the first guy to call.

We live in Concord, my profile needs to be updated. Anyway : Great Company! I met Mike after he called ahead to come earlier for a later scheduled appointment. He was able to get to us much sooner (on the same day we called!). Cool! And he knew exactly what the problem was and exactly how to fix it. He had us squared away in no time and was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We are only calling Plumbing Solutions from now on! Our 3 year old twins both say 'Thanks Mike!'
