Our garbage disposal was on the fritz - right around the holidays. Mike came out same day - was on time (actually early) and fixed it within 5 minutes and showed me how to maintain it going forward so I can keep it healthy. That's impressive! No up-selling, no selling me something I didn't need. Quick, efficient and helpful. I'll definitely use them when a plumbing issue again, but guessing it won't be the garbage disposal. Thanks again Mike!

After having water leaking from the bottom of the vanity in my bathroom, I called a plumber who come to the house without much equipment. His conclusion was that I had a leak in the concrete slab and he would order a leak detention visit or I could re pipe the house. I called Plumbing Solutions, Joel Diaz came to my home. He felt had water was under my vanity was from a drain pipe problem. He cut into the wall board and found a very small leak in an elbow joint in the copper pipe. It was above ground. He fixed the pipe and saved my thousands.

Knowing a great plumber is like knowing a great lawyer, insurance company or doctor; you hope to never need one, but if you do, you are glad you have the best. That is how it is with Plumbing Solutions.

We had a plumbing issue, and Plumbing Solutions sent out Mike to assess what needed to be done. Mike was punctual and very personable. He explained everything that he was going to do, and provided an estimate that clearly showed the different actions and costs associated with it. (i.e much like how a garage have set prices for certain services). While in the house, Mike always made sure to where protective footwear to not track anything into the home, and he completed the task quickly and expertly. When he was done, he cleaned everything up and was on his way.

I cannot express how happy I am with Mike's professional and friendly service.

We needed to call Mike back, and he came to investigate a smell. Talk about a Sherlock, Colombo, or whatever sleuth you know, Mike is one of them. He had some great insights, and the issue appears resolved.

Great reviews on Yelp are well supported by my own experience with Joel and Plumbing Solutions.

Water heater leak and wet floors late on a Sunday. Left a message after checking Yelp and was pleasantly surprised to hear back from Joel a few minutes later.

Timely, professional, answered every questions and showed me some helpful tips for a home improvement guy who knows when to call in the professionals.

Very good price, cleaned up after himself and was done in a few hours. What more could you ask for?

This is my first review. However I use yelp for almost all my service related needs and often do research on yelp. Mike was quick and efficient and identified what I needed right away. I plan on using them for my plumbing needs for both my home and my rental property.

We called Plumbing Solutions based on their great yelp reviews and they did not disappoint. Mike rang me to let me know he was on his way and was actually coming earlier than expected. He came out, was extremely pleasant, thorough and diagnosed that there was no problem whatsoever, it was just that we had not been flushing our low profile toilets correctly. he was honest, and professional! Cannot say enough great things about this company. I will definitely call them again!

I totally agree with all the other 5 star ratings these guys have had, they are BRILLIANT - will use them for any plumbing work in the future without question!
I have just moved into a new house and there was a leak disclosed that I knew I had to get fixed. I tried four times to contact the plumber who had done the estimate for the previous owners and they didn't bother to return a single one of my calls - having now seen their reviews on Yelp (terrible), I'm now glad they didn't and I was forced to look elsewhere, especially as they had lied about the extent of the work required!
Mark came round to assess the situation and spent half an hour under the house figuring out what was going on. He then came back today as arranged to fix it, was super efficient and explained everything to me, even taking before and after pictures so I could see what was going on. He must have spent two hours in the crawlspace and just took it all in his stride - still smiling when he came out!
These guys go above and beyond - as I've been in the house less than a week he also took me outside to make sure I knew exactly where and how to turn off the water and gas in an emergency, very thoughtful.
Can't recommend this company highly enough!

I had an emergency plumbing disaster - where do I turn... of course Yelp was my first thought. I found these guys and decided to give them a shot and my goodness was I happy I did. Mike was the consummate professional and helped me fix my problem in around 1 hour. He worked hard and diligently to diagnose the issue and once identified he went about his craft with calm precision. The level of customer service is the best I have ever had from a plumbing company and Mike went to great pains to ensure I was totally happy. You guys rock! Contacted Plumbing Solutions for water leak detection. They arrived promptly the next day! Mark was professional and courteous. He spent an hour checking the inside and outside of the house for possible leaks using all equipment on hand. After an hour, he concluded the leak was outside but due to our pvc pipes, although he had a general idea of where the leak may be, his equipment was unable to pinpoint the exact location. Therefore, he didn't charge us for the work and referred us to another company. That's why I am giving them 5 stars and will refer them to all our neighbors!

Had a water heater breakdown. Since our usual plumber was unable to make it I called this company based on yelp recommendations. They came out the same day. We are happy with their work and happy to have another plumber as a resource.
