Great communication and punctuality from Ed. Came to look at a clog and potentially broken Garbage Disposal but it ended up being an easy fix due to a jam so I wasn't charged at all.

We had a leaking toilet and were able to get someone out right away. Unfortunately the first plumber's job did not completely repair the leak. We called Plumbing Solutions back and Brian came out right away. He diagnosed the problem and set about the repair. There was a part that he needed and came back to complete the job. He was polite, professional and was very knowledgeable. The toilet is no longer leaking and we are very satisfied customers. We have used Plumbing Solutions is the past and have had excellent service. We highly recommend this business and especially appreciate the work Brian did for us.

These guys are fantastic! Last night we had a sewer line back up into a shower. Yuck. After unsuccessfully clearing the drain ourselves for hours with our 50 ft. snake, we caved and called Plumbing Solutions at 8 PM. They apologized for being too booked up to come that night but gave us an appointment at 8:00 AM the following morning. They sent Andres, who arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, thorough, and methodical in his approach. He happens to be a young guy but he is clearly a master of his trade. He gave us an estimate on the spot and had all the equipment he needed to clear our lines. As a bonus, we were actually able to SEE the interior of our pipes because of his excellent camera. To have a really unpleasant sewage problem solved so quickly and carefully was a nice surprise. As for price, I have no other data points for comparison (theirs was the only estimate we had). But assuming they are comparable in price to other local plumbers, you cannot go wrong by choosing Plumbing Solutions.

Plumbing solutions was great! Our old water heater died and they were able to send someone out the same day to give a competitive estimate. They provided options and we decided to replace with a similar model and they were able to install the next day. Jacbob N was the field rep who did the estimate and installation and he was very professional and kept us updated.

We have had a leaky toilet for a while now. Called a plumbing company and they came out charged to diagnose then never fixed the problem. Called another with no response.

We saw a great review for plumbing Solutions and decided to give them a call. They were responsive, quick and they carried the part we needed! After all the inaction of other companies, Jacob fixed our problem on the first visit! Highly recommend!

Plumbing Solutions was quick to respond. But more importantly, I really liked the plumber (Brian E) who came over to fix my dripping shower faucet. He texted me beforehand to set up a time; showed up on time. Explained to me the possible reasons for the issue and potential solutions and price implications. I found him to be very knowledgeable and skillful. The quality of his work was good. Pricing was reasonable compared to other plumbing companies I had called. At the end of the work - there were no negative surprises (in pricing or otherwise).
Brian E also educated me on various plumbing items of the house - for free!....which I found to be profoundly helpful. He will certainly be on my call list for my future plumbing work.

Initially I had called Fidelity National Home Warranty (FNHW) to fix the dripping shower but the service provider assigned by (FNHW) had horrible reviews on Yelp. Hence I cancelled the FNHW service (which would have cost me a mere $85) and decided to pay up for quality work and good customer satisfaction of Plumbing Solutions (ratings on Yelp). Even though I have the FNHW insurance, I would prefer to use Brian E (of Plumbing Solutions) in future for superior work and customer satisfaction.

My garbage disposal broke down and I need someone to quickly inspect if it's fixable or if it needs replacement. Plumbing Solutions (after contacting via Yelp) quickly responded offering a same-day visit. We ended up scheduling an appointment for the next day, and was pleased that they showed up on time (even offering to come earlier).

During the visit, Jacob inspected the unit and gave me a call to let me know that it wasn't salvageable and needed replacing. Jacob provided me with his findings and the quote to replace. Jacob was very easy to work with and we agreed on the work to be completed + related costs on the spot which I found to be reasonable.

After completing the job (1-2 hours), Jacob gave me a call again to report that the job is complete and to collect payment. He also stayed with me on the phone to make sure that I received a copy of the receipt and followed up with a full invoice. Jacob's demeanor, honesty, and transparency definitely won me over and made this experience great!

We will see how the job holds up since they offer a 1-year labor warranty and if they follow through with this, but so far, great experience with Plumbing Solutions!

I would recommend them to homeowners and landlords alike.

Had a quote on various items. Jacob gave me fair quotes on several issues. We ended up replacing a hose bib that was leaking and he did so quickly and looks and works great. Fast response and came out next day.
