Neri Sanchez and his crew from Plumbing Solutions 4U saved a stalled construction job that was left hanging and literally saved the day. He identified an incorrectly chosen pipe not made for plumbing that a contractor had installed in the shower and was causing rusty water to come out! He quickly figured it out and fixed it, and fortunately, we didn't have to tear anything out!
We also needed a Toto toilet with a washlet installed, and Neri knew a lot of information about them, had installed many of them, and it was clear that he was the one to hire! He installed it an it works flawlessly. We also had Neri install a Navian tankless water heater. He showed a lot of care and skill tearing out the old 50 gallon water heater, and did an immaculate job putting in the Navian. He called the manufacturer rather than just guessing when it came to a question regarding a pipe. A lot of others would have made an assumption and did the wrong thing.
We are very appreciative, having worked with a lot of well intended but careless contractors, of Neri's patience, knowledge, skills and his well trained crew. They work together very well!

We had a problem with our main sewer line and Neri was able to come the next day and fix it. His whole team was professional and a pleasure to work with. He was always available to ask questions and communicated very well throughout the whole process. It was easy to understand what was needed and trust they were doing the best thing for our house.

At first we thought we had a deep clogged drain that needed to be snaked. However, after seeing what was happening in the sewer with the camera, we realized it was a much bigger job. The team worked so hard, fast, and rose to the occasion of our difficult task. Our job required dirt and concrete removal. After our sewer repairs were complete, Neri installed an easily accessible cleanout and repaired the concrete, good as new!

The technology, gear, and professional team turned a difficult problem into a great relationship.

Neri is honest, knowledgeable, and he doesn't take shortcuts! He did a complete bath shower remodel for us last year and most recently replaced the hot water heater. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Neri was very knowledgable and explained everything prior. You can't beat his quotes either! Our shower water valve broke in our only bathroom and after trying to take it apart ourselves -realized this isn't something we could tackle. While not wanting to spend an arm and a leg in these tough times, we reached out for help. He not only fixed our valve but fixed our shower head, and installed a new garbage disposal ( AND explained how to maintain it so it lasts longer!) Neri did a great job! He came as a referral from a friend and did not disappoint. He was honest, thorough, and on time. His communication was great and his price was very reasonable even on a Saturday. This is a rental home and repairs can have questionable charges because you're not there to verify. I was totally comfortable with Neri. He recommended a more permanent fix for the drain that needed clearing which given a 1933 house didn't surprise me. He was not pushy with it at all and we agreed to revisit it in a few weeks. Even his estimate for that seems reasonable. Neri will be my first call for any future plumbing work we need done.
