We discovered a sewer line backup and called Plumbing & Sewer Solutions on Saturday. They were able to schedule a visit for Sunday between 12 and 2 pm. Kirby showed up around 2 pm due to a delay at a previous visit. He promptly and professionally snaked the line, gave us a complimentary video exploration and explained our tree root issues. Very good service, reliable and informed. Definitely recommend them to others in the San Mateo area.

I had a leaking water heater and I had water throughout my garage. I called Plumbing and Sewer Solutions and they said they could have someone her first thing in the morning. Kirby arrived first thing in the morning and started the task at hand. He was extremely polite and explained what he was going to do. After installing the new water heater, he said that I still
needed another part for my recirculating line. He would order that and be back the next day to install. He cleaned up, asked if I had any other questions or concerns and then departed. The next day, Sergio showed up to finish the project since Kirby was ill that day. Sergio was also very courteous and polite and started the job right away. He was finished within a few hours, cleaned up the work area, explained what he had done and ask me if I had any other questions. Both gentlemen were great and based on them, I would highly recommend Plumbing and Sewer Solutions.

This is a great company. Referred by a friend, I called them for a backed up sewer. Within a half an hour they arrived, diagnosed the problem and cleaned out the sewer. Both of these guys were clean, well spoken and super polite. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were doing with the latest high-tech equipment, including snake cameras etc. unfortunately, I have root blockage but at least now I know.
At all times Sergio was courteous, explained everything and very professional, same with Manny. Thanks again guys!

We have a plumbing issue with our kitchen sink over 4th of July weekend. I had called an expensive plumbing company but they failed by not communicating the time they would arrive. Essentially we waited and I decided to cancel them. Although this company only has 2 reviews I really liked what was said. Also, the person who I made the apt was very accommodating. So we scheduled the apt. Manny came over, fixed the sink! Pricing was not as bad as I thought. They recommend a hydro flush, so I have scheduled that too. Very happy so far!

We purchased a home in San Mateo recently and Plumbing and Sewer Solutions performed the sewer inspection for us. They found a belly along the sewer line, which we decided to quickly fix before moving into the home. Sergio and Manny did an outstanding job of replacing the bad section. They were both very thorough and detailed when communicating the issues they found, the modifications they had to make as they found additional issues, and the overall progress of the repair work. They both made sure that the flow issue introduced by a repair performed decades ago was fully corrected. Apparently both of them also do certified landscaping work. We will definitely get a hold of them when we are ready to get our front yard redone. Thanks Sergio and Manny!

Sergio & Manny were great! Very friendly and courteous. We had a cracked pipes in a kitchen wall and under the house. They took time to explain the problem to us, provided a quote and quickly fixed the problem. We highly recommend this team to any one with plumbing needs.

I needed my garbage disposal replaced last week and Jose came over on time and did a great job. He was prompt, clean and very efficient. There was no mess left behind and I was very happy with work he did. He also recommended in the future I replace my pipes because they are starting to corrode. I would def recommend him Jose and will use him in the future for any of my other plumbing needs!
