I can't say enough good stuff about Rami and his team. My old copper pipes sprung a leak for the third time. So, it was clearly time to re-pipe the house. When our toilet overflowed on Christmas day, I reached out to our local realtor and was referred to Plumbing Service Solutions. Griselda was my initial point of contact and provided great customer service throughout the entire process. She advised me that Rami would be dispatched to evaluate the issue. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. All of the steps needed to to remedy the situation were explained concisely, and in a manner I could understand. Instead of a costly pipe replacement, Rami suggested examining the main line with a camera every 6 months. a very doable solution. The PSS team was highly skilled, clean, punctual, knowledgeable, responsive, and all of this for a very reasonable price. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Today they fixed a leaking pipe under the house that was detected by National Leak Specialists (who were referred by Rami's team). The leak guys took pictures and video of the leak and sent ahead to Rami so Rami would know what he's dealing with. Rami came with all the necessary equipment and parts and got straight to work.
