Not only is he a pleasure to speak with but he gives us options on what we can do to prevent further issues rather than just patching the job. I love the fact that he gives us progress updates and follows up. His quality of work is way above standard and he goes beyond just the job at hand.

Rami came, at night, to deal with water coming through our chandelier. I cannot recommend him enough. He is very helpful and goes above and beyond. Also, he phoned the water mitigation team to come and checked on them when they were delayed. A nice guy and skillful in his field.

Hi all. This is an update and a response to a woman named Heidi M who posted a one star review for Rami. I was present when the interaction occurred between rami and this woman named Heidi M who left the review. I'd like to note that this woman was unnecessarily aggressive and rude. She made hateful comments to Rami and most of them were derogatory and obscene. She felt it was appropriate to bring up his nationality and to call him racial slurs. He tried to be kind, as is his nature. But unfortunately, this woman was unreasonable. You cannot reason with people like this. She was going to hate him because of his Middle Eastern background no matter how kind he said or did to her. I'm embarrassed that people would even still speak aloud the racial slurs she called him. To top it off, this woman stated that he is rude to women. Completely untrue.

To all the women out there who have had work done by Rami, I ask you to rally behind him and show your support. Someone should not be able to post a bad review and damage a hard working man's reputation just because they see the work truck and suddenly have access to his yelp info. Yelp is supposed to be a legitimate tool not a means to retaliate against someone. Let's all show Rami the support he deserves.

This company is as good as it gets. A professionalism, ethics and intelligence that I have not seen with the past plumbers that my home warranty usually dispatches. My service rep was forward thinking and resolved a recurring problem with a simple solution that took his team less than 30 minutes to implement in order to prevent future recurrence. Clearly other plumbers have not been as astute. Pricing was beyond fair as well. Highly recommend!!

Awesome and fast service. Rami and his team are total professionals. Fixed our sewer line from our house in less than two days. Something that would have been a total headache was no problem for them!

Rami is responsive, kind, clean, reasonably priced and a great problem solver. We had an issue with outdoor drains backing up during each rain leading to flooding in our house. We had at least 5 plumbers out to diagnose and solve this problem. After spending thousands of dollars and getting absolutely nowhere, we were referred to Rami. After studying the drain system he proposed a solution which has worked like a charm. No more flooding in the house. He also figured out how to plumb and run a direct natural gas line to an outdoor fire pit we had which previously had been on propane tanks (which are a massive pain in the neck). Again, multiple plumbers who looked at it said it couldn't be done. Rami got it done in one shot. I have referred him to friends and family and everyone raves about his service. Rami and his assistant did a great job at my parents condo today by replacing the water hose for their washer before disaster happens. They showed up right on time and did exactly what we expected plus extra effort to move the heavy vertical washer/dryer more back and towards one side of a small space so my elderly parents would have access to reach the water shutoff values in the future in case of any leaking problems. It was a clean, fast and effective job well done. Much appreciated!
