Ed is great.  I've used his services 2x now.   1st time he pulled a valve from my shower that was stuck and he replaced it with a new valve.  He was so prompt, professional and he didn't try to rip me off.  I called him a 2nd time to replace an outside garden valve at my dad's house.  He had a valve with him but went the extra mile to drive out to Osh to get a valve that easier for my father to turn.  That's what I call service.  He's also has a positive attitude and a good sense of humor too!

I broke my boyfriend's shower valve cartridge on a Friday night and we couldn't fix it or turn the water completely off. We called several plumbing companies and none of them were able to come out that night, except for Eduardo. He came over right way and fixed the problem. The water heater at my condo has slowly leaked last Monday afternoon so I started looking for a plumber in the local ads and stumbled upon a few that sounded serious enough with reasonable and fair pricing.

I called Eduardo first as he happened to be closer to my place and sent him a few pictures of my broken water heater and then learned that mine was among a few rare (1 out of 50 as he told me) that required a Power Vent model (due to codes) and he just didn't have one in his stock. I then started checking other local stores at Home Depot and Lowe's but none has one available for immediate pickup but only via online order that takes 7-10 days for delivery and I could not just wait due to the urgency. So I expanded my search and found an online plumbing supply store that would ship one to my place the very next day. I then informed Eduardo about it and he told me to give him some time to check with other local plumbing supply stores that he knew. When Eduardo called me back moment later, I was pleasantly surprised that not only Eduardo was able to find me a better and less expensive Power Vent model that was readily available for pick up, he was also willing to come and get it installed at my condo the very next day as well so I told him that we got a deal.

The next day, Eduardo sent me a text to inform me almost an hour in advance of his arrival and showed up promptly. He then started removing the broken one, wiped out the area thoroughly to make sure it was dry and clean before installing the new one. What I liked is that Eduardo took some time to call the mfg. service support to get confirmation on a technical detail as well as he did measure back and forth the various distances of the exhaust pipe and plumbing connections before proceeding with the cuts. All his effort and attention to details actually paid off as I was just amazed that all the pipe connections simply lined up in a perfect manner when the new water heater was in place. Eduardo also added a pan underneath the new water heater (the old one did not have one) so that any leaking water (if any) would flow down directly on the garage floor to prevent water damages to the drywall and wood stand. In just three hours, Eduardo was able to complete the job, which was beyond my expectation.

Eduardo also gave me some tips and advices on how to properly maintain the new water heater such as draining it once a year, changing the anodes every five years or so, checking and replacing the expansion tank as needed, monitoring the incoming water pressure, etc... to make the new water heater last longer as well as to prevent water pressure bursts that could lead to broken pipes or pin holes leaks resulting in severe water damages and costly repairs.

Overall, I am very happy with the service that Eduardo provided and do appreciate his honesty as well as his friendly and easy going personality. I will sure keep Eduardo in my preferred contact list and would strongly recommend him to all my F&F should they need a professional plumbing service.

Eduardo was the first name to pop up on my frantic search for a plumber late Sunday afternoon as our kitchen sink backed up and flooded the counters. He had all 5* review and after his visit today, it was deserved. Since the water stopped flowing he asked if I still needed him to come by as an emergency and I said no so we arranged for him to come the next day on Monday in the afternoon. During the day he messaged to confirm the timing and when he came, he was thorough, took care of the clog and gave us some recommendations to replace the garbage disposal and ongoing maintenance of the house as it is an older home. His price was reasonable and he even hosed out the bit of the backyard where he was working. Definitely will call on him again for emergencies, or preferably, preplanned plumbing.

Eddie is Great. Had a leaking water heater that of course broke 3 months after the 6 year warranty period expired. Eddie called back shortly after I called him for service. I sent him a picture of my water heater so he arrived with everything he needed. He replaced it with a similar heater, was quick and very clean. While waiting for it to drain he checked all the gas lines and even fixed an issue I had with one of my toilets! He is very knowledgeable , offers recommendations but does not try to upsell anything. So refreshing to find a PLUMBER THAT YOU CAN TRUST!

When looking for recommendations on Yelp I usually look for a high number of reviews to make sure the sample size is large enough. While there were less than 100 reviews for this provider at the time of my search, there was something that caught my eye in the reviews and that is the number of people who described Eduardo as ""honest"". Integrity means a great deal to me, so I gave him a call and he did not disappoint. He was responsive, timely, efficient and fairly priced. Without hesitation I will call him again when the need arises and will highly recommend him to others in need of a plumber.

The best of the best. We had a water line break and had to have the heater removed and a new one placed outside of the enclosure for repairs.

Eduardo responded immediately when we called and was very fair with his price. He was reliable and always on time. He is a really nice guy too!

You know you can trust a guy who doesn't just try to upsell you. This is Eduardo. We had a leaking house water main that will need to be replaced eventually. Eduardo helped us understand the extent of the repair that will eventually be needed, and I checked his price against some others and found it to be honest and competitive. What impressed me, though, was that he also explained a way to possibly fix the leak much less expensively - more of a band-aid which may hold for years or may not work. He gave us the information and then was happy to let us make the choice, which we did. It turns out that the band-aid approach worked and continues to hold just fine.

I appreciate a guy who helps you understand all options and is happy to forego the pricier fix if it is not needed. That is Eduardo. He left us feeling very satisfied with his work. We will call him again.
