Don't waste your time with this "company". I made an appointment on 8/02/2018 for a plumbing technician to come to my place on 8/03/2018 between 11am and 1pm. The technician called me at about 9:15am and told me he would be there between 11am and 11:15am. At 11:45 I called 281-766-7821 and was told the technician was still working on his previous job and would call me. The technician did not call me, so I again called 281-766-7821. Several times I called this number and I was put on hold or disconnected (or hung up on). Finally at 1:24pm I called 281-766-7821 from a different phone number and was able to speak with someone. The representative told me his manager would contact the technician and call me. I am still waiting at 2:00pm.
