Had a tankless water heater that came up with an error code and the writing was on the wall that I needed a new one. When I put mine in 16 years ago this was new technology, now it's matured and there are more options out there, which I need to learn about before making a decision.

I call several plumbers/installers to get quotes. All were either referred or had high ratings on yelp. Some really made the process difficult and was wondering if they even wanted the job. Some were great, on time, but the quotes were for solid gold heaters I guess.

I came across This listing in yelp and like what I saw. I immediately called and it was about 7-8PM and just expected to leave a message. Alex answered and I told him my situation. I sent him pictures of the existing unit and he immediately sent over the quote. Super easy and it was a fair price and I liked the process and dealing with him so far. I then asked what his availability was (can't be without hot water) and he only needed a days notice. I received one additional quote that had be already arranged, but they didn't install the unit I wanted that Alex quoted me on.

I reviewed all my quotes and attitudes and went with my gut and arranged the install with Alex.

He showed up with his brothers when he said he would, we went over the details, I signed the paperwork and they got to it. Threes hours later I looked at their professional and neat work and we had a perfectly running system.

From the previous install, there was a sewage pipe that ran right in from of the unit and would make it awkward to service the unit or maintain it. He didn't have the parts necessary the day of the install to move, but said he would come back. I asked him when and he said probably Wednesday. I'm a contractor 9not active for years) but know the experience of calling over and over, getting the run around etc. Alex called me on Tuesday and said can his brothers come right over and take care of it. They showed right up, and took care of it in a half hour, done.

I have now found a plumber I can rely on, who's fair and who has pride in his work.

Alex promptly answered my call when my tankless water heater went out. I called him around 10:30, he ended up having time available that afternoon and arrived around 4pm. He troubleshooted for around 2 hours and FINALLY fixed the problem. I have dealt with no less than 10 plumbers in the LA area, and would recommend Alex towards the top based on his communication, honesty, and pricing. I hope its not soon, but Ill be calling Alex and his team again.

Installed a tricky Brizo thermostatic shower valve, no prob. Worked neat and efficiently. Will call him next time I need plumbing work.

Stop your search and hire these plumbers right now. Alex and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had a full house renovation and they were able to handle anything we threw at them with ease and courtesy. They even found a gas leak from a previous plumber without us even asking them. Our water heater broke in the middle of the night and I awoke on a Saturday morning to find our boiler room flooded. After several other quotes offering ridiculous prices ($2000+) and taking way too long (up to two days wait), Alex came thru with the lowest price by a mile and also for guaranteed same day service. After updating me with a scheduled appointment time, he came over and within 1.5hrs the water heater was properly installed and the hot water was running again!
It's already tough to find a fairly priced repair person, let alone finding one on short notice on a weekend smack in the middle of Covid. Alejandro and his team are wonderful to work with. I gave them a call when a few commercial units were experiencing issues with a clogged shower - they responded to my call immediately and came out within the hour. Loved that they wore masks and took precautions when working with the tenants. They took care of the issue in no time & we have not had any problems since. Alejandro even checked the units that were not having issues to make sure everything was fine with the showers and stuff. After spending 2hr 1/2 on fixing my faucet and sink, I could not figure out why my valve wouldn't stop leaking water. So I had given up, and after calling and looking for people on yelp to help me, I finally got Alex to respond and help me.
