I originally requested a quote from Jay because I needed the water supply line to a toilet replaced early on a Saturday afternoon (and a holiday weekend!). He got back to me promptly, we talked on the phone and he gave me a reasonable quote. He arrived early in the time window he said would be there in. He and his assistant promptly got to work. While he was there, my wife and I realized we had other plumbing needs in our kitchen and another bathroom, so we asked him if he could take care of them as well. He was able to, again for a reasonable cost. In the end he knocked out a bunch of work we needed, with high quality, clean work, and quality parts. We are delighted with everything he did and will use him again for any future plumbing needs. Could not be happier.
