I was changing out a stacking washer-dryer in a condo and discovered that the shutoff valves behind the unit were rotted through. I called Jay, who came out the same day. He pulled out the old washer-dryer (no easy task), replaced the faulty valves (which involved discovering which lines in the garage provided the supplies), and also rerouted a drain line for AC condensation, which had been positioned above the shutoff valves, thereby exacerbating the rust. It was a messy job but he, along with his helper (possibly a relative) got it done quickly and efficiently. Jay and his company are fast, reliable, and reasonable. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

Highly recommend! Jay and his father care about their craft and it shows. I was very happy with the service and they were careful about every aspect of the repair. Jay quoted a range for cost and I was expecting to pay somewhere in the middle. In the end he charged me less than the minimum quote! Amazing! Definitely will get their help on any future plumbing need.

Great guys. Jay has come to the rescue a few times now in the house where I work. Very professional and no BS. He's always given quotes ahead of time and taken pictures/done walk throughs for anything before going ahead. He's fixed pipes, removed and installed a water heater, pumped a flooded basement, and made sure everything is up to current safety standards. Super nice and easy to work with!

Called due to a water leak, thinking it was coming from inside my walls. But he was able to identify leak was from water heater that needed replacement. I decided to go through my home warranty as it was covered. But he was amazing at identifying the leak source and never bothered to charge me for his time.
