I was in a hurry trying to find someone to declog my bathroom sink. It wasn't fully clogged, but the water was draining SO slowly to the point I couldn't wash my face. Called Jay, he picked up right away and we set our appointment on the same day. He was able to catch the ""big fish"" which was a huge hair gunk just stuck inside, and was done in about 20 minutes. My fiancé clogged the sink and thought he could fix it himself because he considers himself a ""handy man"". Of course it didn't work and I woke up to a flooded kitchen. I told him to call a plumber because I'm sick of eating fast food and sandwiches and that he needed to get back in the kitchen and make me something good!

I told him he better call a plumber to fix the sink before I got home. My fiance found Jay on yelp and called right after we got off the phone.

Jay was very punctual and showed up a little before the scheduled appointment. He had the drain unclogged and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes and even offered my fiancé some REAL plumber wisdom! He was very professional with reasonable rates and we recommend him to anyone that needs their dirty pipes snaked ;)

Jay and his dad came out right away to give me an estimate on installing a Fleck water softener system for our house. They saw that our main water shutoff valve was broken and that the pipes were set up poorly and explained the danger of this to me. They strongly recommended fixing this and cut me a break in the quote to include it (which still beat out two of the other quotes I had gotten).

My husband and I have never had a water softener before so after the estimate, we had a lot of followup questions. Jay always got back to me right away, even if just to tell me he'd call me back a few hours later. They even came out a second time to answer more of our questions.

We decided to go with Jay and his dad because of their professionalism, promptness, attention to detail, competitive pricing, and their patience in explaining everything to us. We will definitely be calling them again for all our future plumbing needs.
