My fiancé clogged the sink and thought he could fix it himself because he considers himself a ""handy man"". Of course it didn't work and I woke up to a flooded kitchen. I told him to call a plumber because I'm sick of eating fast food and sandwiches and that he needed to get back in the kitchen and make me something good!

I told him he better call a plumber to fix the sink before I got home. My fiance found Jay on yelp and called right after we got off the phone.

Jay was very punctual and showed up a little before the scheduled appointment. He had the drain unclogged and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes and even offered my fiancé some REAL plumber wisdom! He was very professional with reasonable rates and we recommend him to anyone that needs their dirty pipes snaked ;)

Jay and his dad came out right away to give me an estimate on installing a Fleck water softener system for our house. They saw that our main water shutoff valve was broken and that the pipes were set up poorly and explained the danger of this to me. They strongly recommended fixing this and cut me a break in the quote to include it (which still beat out two of the other quotes I had gotten).

My husband and I have never had a water softener before so after the estimate, we had a lot of followup questions. Jay always got back to me right away, even if just to tell me he'd call me back a few hours later. They even came out a second time to answer more of our questions.

We decided to go with Jay and his dad because of their professionalism, promptness, attention to detail, competitive pricing, and their patience in explaining everything to us. We will definitely be calling them again for all our future plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough how great Jay is. I have purchased a duplex last November. I completely remodeled one of the units. The whole process was quite stressful for me. One of the best people I've met. He is a hard ass, but gentle at heart. He is willing to help you and exceeds expectations. Jay is a good man and does quality work. He took extra time to make sure my device worked, and was good at working with me when I had trouble. You can tell that he's street savvy and Vlad is also a very interesting man. If you want to travel back in time and meet people that treasure and respect their trade he's one to meet. I rep for him and will continue to be my plumber in the future.
