We needed a dishwasher disconnected so we could receive a new one. Bryan responded quickly to our request. We live in a gated community that only allows contractors in during a 9:00 am-5:00 pm window. Bryan's services are in high demand, but he was able to come and do our job between other bigger jobs. We are so thankful for his efficient and expert workmanship. He even took the old dishwasher outside and left the space for the new one spotless. We recommend Bryan highly and will be using him if we ever have plumbing or rooter needs in the future!

Brian came out and determined the leak was from a pipe that was outside so he could not help. He did a lot of measuring, and was very thorough. He did not charge me for coming out, I did not have any cash to tip him. Asked if he had venmo or Paypal, he did not. I told him I'd get him the nest time. At this point I was very happy with him.

The management Co. needed to speak to him, I gave them Brian's #. They called Brian 2X no response. I called Brian, left 3 text messages and Brian never even gave us the courtesy of a call back. Not good customer service. My guess, I didn't tip him and it pissed him off. Very unprofessional. I am glad that I did not have him do any work at this point. Be aware.

Made the correct choice with Plumbing and Rooter 4 Less. Bryan did an excellent job restoring hot water for shower bathroom. Came through at 8pm and finish everything he had to do in an hour. Cleaned up after his work and even took his shoes off upon entering my home! Will definitely do business with him again. Thanks man. Good luck with your golf game.

I called Bryan to fix our store water heater because it's leaking all over, he came to check and give me a quick quote and order the parts and then replaced the old heater with a new one like a pit stop crew. No more water leaks, problem solved. We will be using his service and will be referring him to our friends for all future plumbing needs.

Bryan is honest, fair, and affordable. I called him for what sounded like a broken pipe, it turns out it was just a backed up pipe. He snaled the pipe and added a clean out for a very reasonable price. To top it off he showed up on a weekday close to 10pm, he was at our doorstep within 30 minutes. I plan to use him as our regular plumber from now on.

Extremely friendly. Professional. Stellar work. Fast. Reasonable prices and less than other places. He quoted me over the phone and was very thorough with what it entailed. When he came over to review what was needed, he explained further. I like that. He worked fast and explained what he needed to do or was doing.

Bryan's one of the best plumbers I've ever come across. He's very friendly, honest and professional. I had one of the hoses of our hot water tank busted around 8 o'clock on a Sunday evening; I called a few plumbers without any success. I finally found Plumbing & Rooter 4 Less on Yelp, made my call & left a message. After about 25 minutes, Bryan called back. then came to our home around 9:30 & replaced the broken hose. Before Bryan called back, I got a rate quote from another plumber whose rate was 3 times Bryan's. I felt absolutely fortunate that I found Bryan. I'll not hesitate to recommend Bryan/Plumbing & Rooter 4 Less to anyone who needs a good, friendly, honest, professional & reasonable plumber.
