I am really tardy with this review. However, this company is GREAT.

A couple of years ago my neighbor above me had a leak which was ruining my place. My condo association called them and they were here within an hour. This was late on a Friday afternoon. I was shocked when I saw their really small bill!

Then my neighbor's water heater had a leak on a Sunday. I gave them her number and they came immediately and fixed the situation for close to nothing.

In my last life I was a plumbing contractor, so I can really appreciate them. I am calling them today for a stoppage which they can fit in at their convenience. I am sure I will have a speedy answer and my problem will be fixed promptly.

I competed the task for locating and repairing a leak in the propert's main water line among 8 local businesses. Given how long the problem had existed, the down select criteria was earliest availability and cost. Bryan provided a fair and honest quote and was able to start the next day...a cold and wet Saturday. A predisposition towards upselling was never evident in our conversations, which I appreciated. The fact of the matter is that this job was not easy. Access restrictions, unfriendly ergonomics, need for heavy and wet soil excavation and need to remove ~10 inch diameter stout tree roots all presented challenges. Bryan was conscientious and maintained a positive attitude throughout this arduos, lengthy assignment. Job well done.

Think I finally found my go-to plumber!! Had a clog in my main sewer line. Bryan was on an all-day job site, but still agreed to come out to my house at 8 p.m. Locating the source of the blockage was more difficult than I had thought, and even though it was late at night, he took the time to find the source. When the clean-out access I thought would work turned out to not be helpful in accessing the clog, he took the extra time to remove a toilet in one of the bathrooms to get to the issue. Not only was he upfront and honest with his estimate, including adjustments because of the extra unanticipated work involved (all of which, by the way, was more than reasonable), he was very professional and friendly. After dealing with a number of plumbers who practice the ""bait & switch"" way of doing business, Bryan is truly a breath of fresh air. Will be recommending to everyone I know needing plumbing services!
