Bryan answered the phone at midnight! He then came on time at 10am that same day. He is kind, professional and reasonable. While not always the most pleasant job (sewage!), Bryan is still personable and diligent. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call him first with any plumbing issues!

I've had to hire a handful of plumbers over the last few years in the area, and it's not a fun experience. Rates are all over the board and people bait and switch pricing once they show up and have done subpar work knowing they could get an extra service call out of it in the future. Bryan is the exact opposite, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy! He does honest work at a good price! We won't use any other plumber than Bryan in our future. He just gained a long term customer by us and anyone we know that has plumbing needs.

Our experience with Bryan was SO wonderful! I sent an inquiry, by the following morning, we were on the phone, and by the end of the week he was working on our issue. He is prompt, he is fair, and he is incredibly genuine -- the nicest guy ever.

Our project originally consisted of plastering up a small hole behind our water heater (where we've had some unwanted pests entering the house). When Bryan pulled the water heater out, he showed us that this ""small"" hole was actually gigantic. He also took note of some issues with our current (dated and discontinued) water heater. The job was originally done (some 13 years ago) by someone who is not a plumber, so naturally Bryan was able to see EVERYTHING that was done incorrectly, and unsafely. He didn't push us one way or the other, he delivered the facts as well as his opinion, and in the end, we replaced the whole unit. And he did a beautiful job with everything (so much so, our exterminator working on our pest issue mentioned how excellent the work was).

We were so pleased with our experience... but most especially working with Bryan. So trustworthy, so skilled -- we all have his number in our phones now for any future plumbing needs, he's THE guy.

Not a huge job, I wanted a couple toilets replaced due to leaking. Bryan answered my online request within about 10 minutes. He was there bright and early the next morning, did the entire job quick with no issues. He was awesome to work with, attentive and dedicated to doing a great job. Most importantly, I got the impression that if there had been a problem (there wasn't - but if there had been) Bryan would have done everything possible to make it right. Definitely what you want in a plumber. Highly highly recommended.

Bryan is a lifesaver! We had a problem with our guest bathroom the night before a major event we were hosting at our home. We called Bryan, not sure if he would be even available and he said no problem, and came straight to the rescue!!!!! That was Friday night!!!!! We are very grateful. Bryan is the BEST plumber I've ever met.
Very honest, efficiency, easier to work with and very responsible on his work. He's not like other(?) plumbers that during the work is in progress, there are more to do or takes a lot more time to do, so asking more than originally quoted. Bryan is always keep his words and no complaints or no other words, just try his best to complete the job as best as he can.

He came to my house around noon, and stayed until midnight for some rough projects I had. He never said a word similar to ""Too much work"" nor complaints. I had to ask him to go home at midnight and come back tomorrow to clean up as I felt very sorry; but he wanted to stay longer regardless of what time to complete the job.

I have a couple other plumbing projects to work on, Bryan is definitely the guy I'll call for help; not even willing to compare or checking others.

Changed a leaky set of pipes for 125 everyone else quoted 325. I needed a new grinder too so he gave me a great deal to get it installed. I'm super happy with the results.

He also wears overalls so no plumber crack lol!

If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day!

He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light. He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit.

One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more.

He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.
