Sent out a mass Yelp email requesting a water heater replacement at 5pm, Saturday night. Bryan contacted me in 15 minutes. He came by at about 5:45pm. He checked out my situation and verified that excessive calcium deposits were causing my heater problems - 13 years old. He drained the old heater then went out to Home Depot to pick up a new one. He removed the old heater and installed the new heater and had it working by 10pm. He did an excellent job. Really appreciate the Saturday night service as we had out of town visitors and no hot water would have been a minor disaster. His price turned out to be lower than other quotes I later received from others and they would not have done it tonight.

Bryan did a great job repairing my hot water main which was leaking in my slab. He was quick to determine the cause and location of the leak and offered options and costs associated with each. Bryan was on time and kept things clean as he worked in the different areas necessary to complete the re-pipe. It's hard to find someone honest, and fair, but I'm certainly glad I gave him by business... and I think you will too.

It's rare to find good plumbers.

The Good:
- Bryan was upfront and honest. Told me that 95% of the cost was his labor. Which is understandable considering how many years it took him to get to his level.
- Was the quickest to respond (same day).
- Found the problem and and showed me. Most plumbers just talk.
- Cleaned up well after himself. Also took off shoes when coming into the house.
- 24 hours!

The Bad:
- Nothing.

Other notables:
I would highly recommend him. Bryan is not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive. His experience is well worth the pay. You don't want to be stuck with somebody that is really cheap, only to find out they just wasted your time and don't know what they are talking about.

Bryan answered the phone at midnight! He then came on time at 10am that same day. He is kind, professional and reasonable. While not always the most pleasant job (sewage!), Bryan is still personable and diligent. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call him first with any plumbing issues!

I've had to hire a handful of plumbers over the last few years in the area, and it's not a fun experience. Rates are all over the board and people bait and switch pricing once they show up and have done subpar work knowing they could get an extra service call out of it in the future. Bryan is the exact opposite, extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy! He does honest work at a good price! We won't use any other plumber than Bryan in our future. He just gained a long term customer by us and anyone we know that has plumbing needs.

Our experience with Bryan was SO wonderful! I sent an inquiry, by the following morning, we were on the phone, and by the end of the week he was working on our issue. He is prompt, he is fair, and he is incredibly genuine -- the nicest guy ever.

Our project originally consisted of plastering up a small hole behind our water heater (where we've had some unwanted pests entering the house). When Bryan pulled the water heater out, he showed us that this ""small"" hole was actually gigantic. He also took note of some issues with our current (dated and discontinued) water heater. The job was originally done (some 13 years ago) by someone who is not a plumber, so naturally Bryan was able to see EVERYTHING that was done incorrectly, and unsafely. He didn't push us one way or the other, he delivered the facts as well as his opinion, and in the end, we replaced the whole unit. And he did a beautiful job with everything (so much so, our exterminator working on our pest issue mentioned how excellent the work was).

We were so pleased with our experience... but most especially working with Bryan. So trustworthy, so skilled -- we all have his number in our phones now for any future plumbing needs, he's THE guy.

Not a huge job, I wanted a couple toilets replaced due to leaking. Bryan answered my online request within about 10 minutes. He was there bright and early the next morning, did the entire job quick with no issues. He was awesome to work with, attentive and dedicated to doing a great job. Most importantly, I got the impression that if there had been a problem (there wasn't - but if there had been) Bryan would have done everything possible to make it right. Bryan is a lifesaver! We had a problem with our guest bathroom the night before a major event we were hosting at our home.
