First time using Plumbing Repair Experts after my previous plumber went out of business. I had them out for a hot water heater flush and annual inspection. They were very responsive and communicated well. The technician arrived, confirmed the requested services, and got to work. Prices were reasonable and they didn't try to upsell/oversell unneeded parts or services.

We had a leak at the exterior irrigation connection. Plumbing Repair Experts were the only ones to give us a quote over Yelp, all others wanted to come take a look first. And it was a fair quote. Based on the reviews, the responsiveness on Yelp and Text, and looking up their license, we decided to give them a try.

Tico was able to fix the leak! However, that is only one part of the story.

While the glue was drying, I mentioned that we had a high water bill because of this leak, and he said that this sort of leak wouldn't run up the water bill that high.

So he suggested to take a look at the meter, and lo and behold, there was still an active leak. And through process of elimination, and turning on and off some valves inside and outside the house, he eventually tracked it down.

I appreciate the attention to detail and Tico's expertise in diagnosis.

Top notch company. So it started as a garbage disposal replacement. They gave a quote and set the appointment and showed up on time and took care of it and were professional and very accommodating. This was for my elderly father and they rearranged their schedule around his doctors appointment. Much appreciated. Now here's the kicker the next day his hot water tank bursts. I call them and Anna inside the office scheduled the appointment to get out there right away. The price to install was more than reasonable and again top notch service with Nico their technician. He took care of the problem and made my father very comfortable again. Highly recommend these folks to anyone with plumbing needs. Thanks a million. !!!!

We had a clogged sink. They came in and unclogged the sink in less than 15 mins. They were also the only provider to quote us without asking and without a consultation. Professional and work oriented. We will definitely call on them again for any plumbing issues.

quick and easy and very reasonably priced at 240 for everything took out the old replaced with the new one and was very punctual came right at noon and out appt window was between 12-2, best price out of all the quotes I received, will update if any issues occur with use, but overall very happy with service, yelp never lets me down

Plumbing Repair Experts were sent to us by First American Home Warranty. They were quick to respond to our work order. Anna was very professional and courteous. They were at our house on the same day the order was filed and they fixed it the same day. They even notified us that since it was an outside leak, we didn't need to be home for them to fix it. I hope First American uses this company for our future plumbing needs.

I got an estimate online in a timely manner. The tech showed up on time. He was very nice & helpful. He did the job pretty quick. He also cleaned up the mess after he was done. He had the handle for the shower but couldnt find the screw so I had to go out and buy one. He showed me what to do before he left. It was simple so I did it myself when I got back. He also offered for me to call him if I had any problems putting it on and he would facetime me to walk me through it. Price was decent. They take cash, check, credit card or Zelle for payments. I would definitely use them again.
