I found this company on Craigslist, so I called to see if they could come out to repair my irrigation system, since that is what their ad primarily promoted.

He said they would call me in two days to arrange a time to come to my home. Four days later, I have not heard from them.

Poor follow-up, and not doing what they say they will do.

Jeremy was friendly. However when he got to our house he couldn't even give us a ball park estimate to replace our existing functioning sink with a new IKEA cabinet and sink. What is the point of free estimates without being about to actually be an estimate? Just not that mean to do less stars, but it was just really disappointing.
