Once again, we needed Team Plumbing Pure! And once again, Albert arrived as scheduled and promptly fixed a few things. The price feels fair and reasonable to us each time. Albert has been here a couple, few times and he does a stellar job. Albert is kind, courteous, professional and a warm human being. He is very experienced and the precision of his work is beautiful. Last time he was here, he wanted to see the final result of some work he did prior to us installing some new cabinets. His work fit like a glove. Beautiful work!
I believe that the one star rating listed here in Yelp is unfair and doesn't truly reflect the kind of company Plumbing Pure is. They stated up front that they don't do that kind of work. They aren't the type of company to do ""any"" job just to make a buck. To me, that wouldn't be right. To me, their response was a good sign of a well run business. They take pride in their work, how they relate to people and how to best serve the number of people clambering for their skills. I had that happen to me once, person didn't do that kind of work.... I was glad to be told and didn't think anything wrong with letting me know that. Everyone's different.
Bottom line, Plumbing Pure is our plumber, no matter who on the team shows up to do the work, they do a great job! We have and will continue to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Plumbing Pure was so easy to work with and fixed our problem efficiently. They were able to come next day, which was awesome. Albert came to our house and was helpful and easy to work with. He easily understood what was needed and quickly identified the problem. He was efficient in the inspection and showed us exactly what needed to be fixed before he did it. It was very affordable! I was pleasantly surprised once I saw the invoice. A great plumbing provider! Would definitely use again!

They were great! We hired them to replace a broken vanity in a bathroom in an apartment that we rent out.

They were quick and professional and did a great job of cleaning up too - they came back for our old vanity/pallet/box and made sure everything was clear.

Communication was fantastic, they provided us with a bunch of useful advice on selecting the vanity and making sure we had ordered everything to get the job done.

Plumbing Pure stopped by within a few hours of my landlord's call after the shower in my apartment suddenly stopped working. Albert quickly saw there was sediment in the shower head nozzle that could easily be cleaned and took care of the problem in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend his company's services.

We are thrilled to have found Plumbing Pure. Tom came out to help us with our leaky toilet whose tank wouldn't reliably fill. He gave us a thorough review of the issues and walked us through his recommendations. Not only did we get the toilet looked at within a day of reaching out for an appointment but it was fixed the next day and all for a very fair price. We're in need of replacing a pedestal sink and are so happy to know we found a plumber we can trust! Tom also helped re caulk our kitchen sink after we asked him if it needed it. It's such a small thing but has made such a difference.
