I rarely write reviews, but Plumbing Pros's service was fantastic from start to finish. It would be a disservice not to share my experience. My 17-year-old water tank started leaking so I knew repair was not an option. I called around to several places. Some charged a fee just to come and give a quote; other companies had people answering the phone who couldn't answer basic questions. (Can you imagine trying to follow-up with an issue?) I spoke to Gary when I called Plumbing Pros. He not only answered my questions, but more importantly he asked questions to make sure the product (tankless water heater) I was interested in would be appropriate for our situation. Pete came out the next day to provide a quote (and answered more questions). The installation went smoothly, and a follow-up maintenance is already planned for next year. I contacted Gary post-installation to follow-up on a concern. Pete came back and addressed my concerns. It was a good experience start to finish. I will be recommending friends/neighbors add Plumbing Pros to their contact list even if they don't need them right away.

Our ejector pump had an issue and looked for a plumber. We called Plumbing Pros because they have 5 stars. Now we know why they have 5 stars! Gary showed up soon, he was knowledgeable, and he fixed the issue quickly. Next time, when we need any plumbing service, we will ask Gary again!

Gary said he would be by the house to check on our dead water heater on Friday after his last job. He arrived at 7:15 PM on a Friday night! He got our water running to the rest of the house and said he could be back in the morning to install a temp water heater. We wanted to install a tankless and it would take a few days to get installed. Gary arrived back at 9:45 AM on Saturday to install the temp tank and then scheduled the install for the tankless. Gary and his team are professional, clean and arrive when they say they are going to arrive regardless of how late it is. Plumbing Pros are my new go to plumber!!

Plumbers came to my place to check the issue and left with a promise to call back to make recommendations. Unfortunately the call back never happened. I tried calling back a few times but never got a response. Unfortunately I can't recommend them.

We moved into a 100 year old house and needed a new water heater with power venting. The plumber came out to inspect the unit and provide a bid. We asked for prices on both a standard water heater (with tank) and tankless unit. We were offered a fair price on both and next day installation. We chose a standard unit mostly for price The crew worked quickly and completed the installation (including drilling a hole to the outside for venting) in less than 2 hours. When installation was complete, the team explained the features of the new unit as well as how to read the light on the water heater to diagnose the problem. They explained this is important so they can grab the correct part *before* coming to the house. The crew was courteous and covered their nose and mouth as is standard in a COVID world. Would certainly use Plumbing Pros again.

Plumbing Pros have been excellent to work with. Gary has been knowledgeable and thoughtful about how to handle a complicated problem with our master shower. He's fixed it and has offered good next steps. His pricing has been fair (one visit he didn't charge anything even though he spent time researching the core issue). He typically brings an apprentice with him which shows his character that he's trying to properly train tomorrows plumbers. I highly recommend Plumbing Pros.

I called Plumbing Pros to come out and rod my clean out as it has been years since I had it done. They put a camera down the clean out and said I did not need to rod it. They were very honest! I had told them about my hot water problem and I all ready new I needed a new hot water tank and they said I needed a new hot water tank. They replaced it the same day with very good pricing and did a great job installing the new tank.
Fantastic service and honesty!!!! I will use them from now on.
If you want great service and honesty with good pricing them give them a call you, in my opinion, you will be very happy with them.

They really care about the customer!!!!
