Would 100% highly recommend Plumbing Pros!!!
We had some sewer back up and called a big name company to come inspect the issue. This other big name company gave us conflicting information, they were dishonest and attempted to charge us an astronomical amount of money for issues that were nonexistent.
We were desperately in need of a second opinion and this is when a friend recommended Gary from Plumbing Pros. Gary was amazing. Gary and his team walked me through exactly what they were doing. They were able to determine the exact way for us to move forward and gave us quick and honest answers. They were also very affordable. If you want an honest plumbing company who'll be straight with you - look no further.

Gary is a wonderful guy, a distinctively good professional you can find in the plumbing service business. There are a couple of times he came over and helped fixed our not so complicated issues without charging a dime! What's more he is very knowledgeable and smart, very quick in diagnosing the problems, some of which were hidden behind the wall. He doesn't charge extra for urgent need.

Very happy with the water heater installation Gary did. The quote was about half of what Home Depot wanted. He was flexible to work around my schedule. He could have justified extra charges, but only asked for the amount originally quoted. No upselling. A good experience.

Upon moving into our town-home we discovered that there was a problem in our upstairs bathroom. Every time we showered there was water leaking through the ceiling into our half bath below. Gary was on time and was able to identify and fix the problem quickly. We are finally able to use our shower again! He also helped us diagnose another issue with the upstairs bath and give us a recommendation for someone who could help us fix it. I would highly recommend his services!

requested replacementon google for 2 toilets, i had new toilets on site. website took me to plumbing pros. website claims ""risk free quotes"", but when i got the estimate from tech of over $600 a piece, i tell the installer no way. i get a bill for $59 for estimate bid. this is a job that should be $175-250 a piece. so the business is to over charge for the bid and charge to show up and write estimates they know won't be accepted. the actual pro plumbing company that showed was ""abc"". not a happy camper.

Called Gary to assist with a leaking toilet, he was able to get to my home within a couple hours. Incredibly quick response time and answered all questions accordingly. He and Rob were able to assess an issue with the wax seal and installed a new one to prevent any more leaks. These guys are super professional and extremely knowledgable, with pricing that is completely reasonable for the services provided. Can't go wrong with fast service at great prices, thanks again guys!

Wanted to give a shout out to Gary and Rob for coming to my rescue this evening. Our sump pump burned out during the Superbowl and after calling numerous plumbers and getting the runaround and/or super high prices, Gary and Rob were able to install a primary and backup combo for me at a reasonable price and were out the same day! Very honest and very helpful. I'll definitely be keeping their number programmed in my phone for my future plumbing needs!

I contacted Plumbing Pros to replace my whole house water filtration system with a new one - that I already purchased. Gary asked me to e-mail him a few pictures so he knew what needed to be done, and contacted me back quickly with a proposal. He arrived on time and treated my home with respect. Had one of those mornings where you wake up to find a small pond in your basement, the latest round of snowfall and a busted water heater. Oh yea, and with the Chicagoland's coldest temperatures in 20 years in the forecast. Needless to say, I wasn't having the best day ever.
