Plumbing Pros was great! They solved my water spigot leak and only had to cut open a small portion of the basement ceiling to get at it. They were on time and worked fast. After difficult dealings with a different plumbing company last November/December, I was really grateful for honest, professional plumbing help!

These guys are absolutely fantastic. Bobby came to our house today to replace a shower valve. He and his partner were courteous, prompt explained everything they were doing and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended! And they gave the best quote out of 10 quotes we received for the job. Don't look anywhere else!

After being cancelled on by another plumbing company, I called Plumbing Pros because of the strong reviews. They were able to get me in at the same time/date I had with the initial plumbers (phew!) so that I didn't have to miss more work. Bobby was friendly and was able to give me a reasonable estimate before he began the job. Our drains were pretty grossly clogged, so the price came in at the high end of the estimate, but to be quite honest I was expecting it. AND the high end of the estimate/final price was still less than I had actually been expecting. So win-win all around. I would definitely call these guys again!

Okay. Only my second yelp review ever. I don't tend to recommend things or people unless they do an exceptional job, and these guys do. We've used them for a few repairs and upgrades. We've worked with Gary, Abel, and now Bobby. Today Bobby came out to finish a job another company had started. He not only did it quickly but he was friendly and just like the other guys he does quality work and explains things very thoroughly. All these guys do great work and if I could give more than five stars I would.

EDITED: Directly after I posted my review, I got a text message from Plumbing Pros apologizing for never having gotten back to me and explaining that it was an accidental oversight. The gentleman offered to help me install the part for free if I had any trouble when I got my replacement part, which was nice. Again, these people are super friendly and helpful; personally I really like them. I ended up figuring out how to install the part myself (it was easy and they had given me good directions the first time around). I bumped my review up a star because I think Plumbing Pros are very good at what they do and they're good people, even though I didn't have the greatest experience.

OK - so I picked these guys because they had the best reviews. I had a problem with my shower turn-on handle and I had no idea what to do. They came right away and they were super nice. I was pretty happy with everything. They told me what was wrong with my shower handle and what part I needed. They said they would order it and they showed me how I could still turn on the tub using pliers, so that was good. Then... they didn't charge me, which I thought was weird, but I figured they were being nice and people were good.

I texted later in the week asking about the part. I didn't get a reply till two days later, and the person told me he'd been sick and he was going to look into getting the part. I asked if I should call the company myself and got no reply.

A week and a half later, I received a text again saying they thought they had the correct part. I asked how I could go about obtaining this part and I haven't heard from them since. It's been a little over a month.

I just called the shower company and ordered the part myself. It will be here in 5 days. :o/

I really liked these guys personally. They were super nice to both me and to my little son who was fascinated by their wrenches. I wish I had a clue what had happened...

Belated review of some work done around 11/2016. I called to have backup batteries installed on my two sump pumps. They explained everything thoroughly, offered their expert opinions, and did outstanding work in a timely fashion. Very impressed and will certainly call Plumbing Pros again for future jobs. I was looking for a new plumbing guy to clear two clogged sinks in our home. Plumbing Pros responded immediately and scheduled us within 12 hours of my initial contact. Abel was on time, courteous, and professional. The sinks were flowing again within an hour. I was very pleased with Plumbing Pros.

Gary replaced my two water heaters and made a number of water and gas piping improvements to allow me to move the location of the water heaters. Gary provided a fair quote and the amount quoted is what I was asked to pay at the end of the day. Gary and his guys were knowledgeable and friendly, and did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. The night they finished the water heater installation, I noticed a leak at one of the connections to the water heater. I texted Gary some pictures and videos of the issue around 10pm. He called me back immediately and was at my house before midnight to fix the leak. I would definitely recommend Plumbing Pros for water heater replacements and other plumbing issues, as they do a good job and stand behind their work.

Bobby saved us! We called late on Saturday night when we realized our sewer line was backed up. We were hoping emergency service wouldn't cost us too much. His quote was very reasonable and more than fair. He was out first thing the next morning. The job ended up being a little more work than we all thought it would be, but he stuck to his quote and did a great job. Very professional and nice. We'll definitely use Plumbing Pros. again.
