All around excellent experience working with Gary and Plumbing Pros! I called in the morning about a Sump Pump that was running far too often and sure enough, it was worn out, old, and the float broke off and was floating in the pit. I received a knowledgeable response and an offer to come by later on that afternoon, since I happened to be off of work that day. The team was able to come by, same day, diagnose the problem and replace the sump pump. The new pump is so quiet, I wouldn't even be able to hear if it was running. The pricing was competitive and upfront as well. Thanks for everything, Plumbing Pros! I look forward to working with you in the future.

I woke up to my basement flooding and dreaded having to reach out to a plumber. I looked on Yelp and requested quotes from a few different places. Gary, from plumbing pros was one of the quotes I promptly received back. He contacted my husband to coordinate repairs, and came out same day that evening. I was out running errands, so I did not get to interact with him directly, but my husband was very pleased with the service (and he is not easy to please). He said the guys was friendly, professional, quick, and most importantly, honest. You don't get great customer service to often in the home repair world, so it was refreshing to be provided such great service. Happy to say I have a plumber go to from now on. Hopefully not soon, but Plumber Pro definitely has our business in the future.

Highly recommended! Gary was very prompt, friendly, and professional! I called him for a quote to replace a sump pump. His price was lower than the other company I called and he was able to come out the very next day (the other company was going to take another week and a half). He also explained everything in a way I understood, as I know nothing about sump pumps.

Found Plumbing Pros through the stellar reviews here on Yelp and all the 5-star reviews on here are pretty much spot on! Gary & his team were very responsive and quick to return my call after I initially called him to fix a leaky faucet. We communicated back and forth via phone and texts and Gary was able to give me a price quote (very reasonable price) and on their schedule as soon as I got him the necessary information. When the appointment time came, Gary was on time, extremely professional and friendly, and just as important, he was able to fix our faucet. I would definitely recommend Gary to anyone and won't hesitate to contact Plumbing Pros in the future!

I would highly recommend Gary and Plumbing Pros. I selected Gary out of the 3 bids (All based on Yelp reviews) I got based on his competitive bid, but also because of way he interacted with me on the phone prior to my decision to hire him.

He and his apprentice showed up right on time and were very careful not to mess my floors. The job to replace my existing 75 gallon hot water tank with a new tank was more complicated than he anticipated, but Gary stuck with it. He made sure not to cut any corners, as I feel many contractors would do to keep on track with their allotted time for the job. I feel this is why many consumers are hesitant to hire contractors, for fear they won't do a thorough job that is of high quality. I'm very happy with the job he did, and the overall experience (Cost, service, end result) that I would certainly hire Gary again, and I will confidently refer him to friends who need plumbing work.

Gary is very responsive and professional. I noticed our Water heater was leaking around 6pm. I texted Gary some info and very promptly I received a text response with a follow up ph call and then a quote for repairs within half hr. The Following afternoon he had new water heater installed and up to code. He Left my house clean and then followed up that night to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Highly recommended.

Called after returning from a weekend trip to find our basement flooded with 10 inches of water. Sump pump, battery back-up, and back-up pump had all failed. Called and left a message. Gary called me within 5 minutes and was at my door within a half hour. Awesome service. Awesome work. Look no further!
