Man these guys are awesome. I called a few different plumbers to get a price estimate for a burst pipe, must of them wanted outrageous amounts of money just to come out abd look at it. Gary came out and fixed it for less than the other plumbers show up fee. These guys have a costumer for life. I highly recommend them

This review is a little overdue, sorry Gary! Gary came out and removed an old garbage disposable from a house we had just moved in to back in August. He was very courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe and that there was no leakage. He was out here longer than he anticipated but was true to his estimate and didn't charge us more. He spent my husband's birthday with him, thank you Gary :)! Highly recommended and will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Yelp reviewers were spot on with the great reviews. We needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Gary helped me make a decision on selection over the phone. Rick was right on time and made sure we understood charges before he started. He explained the process, showed us how the faucet works and what to look for if there are any problems. Gary called me later to make sure we were satisfied.

Not long after we moved in to our new house, our kitchen sink started backing up and our dishwasher started leaking. I called Gary and explained the problem. Since I had very little idea of what I was talking about, Gary FaceTimed (video chat) me and I showed him the area under our sink. Yes, we FaceTimed...amazing! I wish more people would use FaceTime to avoid extra visits and wasted time. It was so easy and helpful. Anyway, Gary came out the next day and quickly determined there was a clog in our main line. He fixed itquickly and our kitchen has been working great ever since. He even called me a couple days later to make sure everything was working.

Also, Gary is probably the nicest person I've ever had work on any part of my house. He even gave me info about our siding that was helpful. I will definitely call Plumbing Pros again with any future plumbing needs.

After trying the usual tricks to try to unclog the kitchen sink myself, I called Gary around 8:00am on Saturday morning. I got a call back by 9:00 and Rick was at our door by 1:00. So I was very impressed with the company's responsiveness. Rick was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. As a new homeowner, I wanted to learn a little bit more about my pipes and Rick didn't seem put off at all about me watching over his shoulder. In fact, I would say the opposite. Rick was very open about what he was doing, why he was doing it and offered up other methods to prevent the clogs in the future. It was a crash course in plumbing. Rick used the 50 foot power auger to clear out the pipes and the water was flowing and draining in no time. He was here about 90 minutes and the whole thing cost $175.

I would highly recommend Plumbing Pros., I expect you might be able to find a better deal to unclog a sink, but to me, their responsiveness and professionalism is first rate. Hopefully I don't have many plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I will be calling Gary.

Excellent company!!! I called Gary this Weds for a toilet valve gut and was able to send out a technician by this Friday @ 1:00PM. Gary was very easy to speak with and pleasant over the phone. No pressure whatsoever!!! He displayed tons of knowledge, patience, and provided a great quote over the phone. He brought a technician Rick in which he did a fantastic job. He was so skilled and knowledgeable that he did the job as I was talking with him. The toilet has no leaks or issues after the valve install. Rick even provided home tips as well. I had a chance to speak with Rick for roughly 30-45 mins after the install was completed!

Bottom line!!!! Excellent company and will do business with them again. I highly recommend them for any plumbing issues. They are very fast and efficient!!!

Gary is awesome. We live in the northwest suburbs and my sump pump and ejector pump went out simultaneously. The basement was taking on water. I called Gary and he was there with a couple of hours in inclement weather. He switched out both pumps and installed a batter backup unit rapidly and at a very fair price. He is pleasant to work with and very honest. I highly recommend him to anyone.
