I had a slow water leak coming from under the house and draining into the street. I'm new the the neighborhood, and didn't know any plumbers, so I called James based on his profile and good reviews. He didn't disappoint . Within 30 minutes of his arrival he diagnosed the problem as coming from the old sprinkler/irrigation system. He cut the pipe, capped it and problem solved.
I will certainly call on this company for future needs.

James showed up on the Saturday before Memorial Day for an unnerving leak from upstairs to downstairs in a rental unit. He kept himself busy fixing a screen door for my tenant while I ran to the hardware store and referred me to a friend of his at RestoreX (who I would also highly recommend) to deal with the water damage saving me a couple hours of research and phone calls. It was like calling a buddy to help out with a plumbing emergency.

We ended up going with a new model of faucet entirely, which included relocating our garbage disposal. The work was finished promptly and is incredibly well-done. I have a great experience with James from Plumbing Pros. I needed a gas hock-up installed. He could have proposed installing a new gas line, but pointed out that there was one capped off that he could use. Orgaro and Sons did not do that and they were going to charge me over $4,000 for the job. James and Plumbing Pros did it for a fraction of the cost. They showed real integrity unlike the other guys. The work was high quality and done quickly. I'll be calling them for my next job for sure.

James is the BEST! We initially hired another (highly rated) plumber for two jobs--one was simple, to replace a kitchen faucet, and the other was surprisingly complicated, to replace a bathroom faucet. The first plumber botched both & walked away from the job--but James is a true expert & problem-solver. After the first plumber installed the kitchen faucet, it only got hot water, no cold water. The plumber insisted the faucet was defective. James figured out it was incorrectly installed. The first plumber was also unable to complete the bathroom faucet installation, leaving us with no faucet at all (oh and he threw the old one away.). It was definitely a challenge to find a faucet that could work with our unusual counter specs, but James helped me deal with the faucet manufacturer and come up with a solution. He was a lifesaver. I can't recommend him highly enough.

These guys did a great job at the place I rent. The main sewer/water line to the street got backed up, so it was an emergency job. They came out fast and worked until 7pm at night to install an entire new pipe plus they put in extra cleanouts so it wouldn't happen again. They had to dig up a long part of the driveway. My landlord is a general contractor, so he's very familiar with this type of stuff and he was happy with the work they did too. I can definitely recommend Plumbing Pros.

James and his crew were top notch. We had a plumbing issue on a Saturday. Clogged pipes that were causing our washing machine to overflow. I called Plumbing Pros and James arrived later that day. He diagnosed the problem but felt like it was bigger than just snaking the pipes. That would be a band-aid, but we'd still have the issue. We'd heard the same thing from other plumbers over the years as this problem recurred. But we never addressed it. James said he'd talk to his crew and come back to fix our pipes as soon as they were available. He didn't charge us for the Saturday visit and called the next day, Sunday, to say they'd be there that day to fix the problem. His price was very reasonable. The crew was efficient and professional. We'll definitely call James again the next time we need a plumber.

Our water heater broke down. One phone call and James was very clear in communication, texted pictures back and forth to understand the solution and replaced the water heater in no time. Strong communicator, prompt reply and got the job done with minimal fuss. Highly recommend.

The week before Thanksgiving 2018, my upstairs kitchen, bathroom and tub drains were clogged to the point that I couldn't wash any dishes etc.. I called many plumbers in Marin, Sausalito area and none of them came out after many calls. James was really easy to work with, great communicator and was able to clear my drains that were a very convoluted design. He is very knowledgeable and professional, timely as well. I strongly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing problem or new work.
