Laura K.Claim to provide 24 hour service at last minute notice. Called on a Saturday with a frozen pipe that was leaking. Told ""sorry, we have no one available until Monday"" I then said politely "" well I guess that means you aren't available 24 hours a day. "" Receptionist argued with me that yes they were. I asked really? "" I have an emergency and you can't get to me for 2 days. I would not call that 24 hour a day availability."" She continued to argue with me. Called a local company that came immediately. Lesson learned.
