One of our bathroom sinks sprung not one, but two sudden leaks. I've used a couple of other plumbing companies in town over the years, but was never completely comfortable with them. So this time, I called Plumbing Pro...and I finally hit it right. Just speaking with them over the phone was a pleasant and reassuring experience. Christopher arrived with his assistant exactly when he said he would and fixed the problem in no time. He gladly answered questions I had about any future repair issues and potential fixes for this and several other bath fixtures made by this (now defunct) company, and gave helpful advice about installing fixtures from tried and true manufacturers that always have parts available and with workings that plumbers are well acquainted with (in short, beware the more obscure, fancy-schmancy stuff). He left the bathroom as clean as it was when he got here (maybe even cleaner), and was a true pleasure to deal with. Best of all, I now have someone I can feel confident to call when the need arises. What a good feeling.

I've used Plumbing Pro three times and I'm consistently impressed. Yesterday I called as an emergency just before 8am and they were at my house within 28 minutes. I've found all the folks at Plumbing Pro to be super nice and friendly and also very efficient and respectful of keeping our home clean. They clearly know their stuff and are very good at explaining what's happening. The cost is reasonable and I'm happy to recommend them. Extremely professional. Our situation could have gotten messy (literally and figuratively - mistakenly broke our dishwasher while moving some pipes in the kitchen). Don and his team nipped the issue in the bud, fixed our pipes and replaced the dishwasher. Highly recommend.
