I had a whooshing noise that wouldn't stop from the crawlspace in my home. I found Plumbing Point on Yelp and decided to give them a try since they seemed responsive and honest. Nathaniel and Armando diagnosed the bad leak in my crawlspace and over three days we got all the pipes in our crawlspace replaced. Nathaniel explained that the folks who installed my pipes didn't clean the flux off properly and so the copper pipes corroded after a decade. They offer a 5-year warranty on their work and they were professional, on time, responsive (e,g. Let me know asap when two of their workers couldn't show up) and cleaned up very well daily. Will call them again if I ever get plumbing issues again (knock wood!)

Nathan and his brother are friendly and very responsive to our call and texts. I hate to work with grumpy contractors. They always response within hours and show up next day to do the work. Being using them for the last 6 months for plumbing and gas line work. Works are done professionally and even corrected a leaky dishwasher connection for free after it was installed by someone else. They are my go to plumbers from now on.

I chose Plumbing Point to come to my home to diagnose the problem because they would do it for free. Plumbing Point's Natanael explained the cause of the problem clearly to me and recommended that I replace the toilet. So I hired him to replace the toilet and he did it promptly and professionally. Subsequently, I found out that the price quoted by other plumbers are all higher than his price.

We called Nathaniel at around 7:20 PM on a Saturday night after a clog started a flood of dirty water into our shower. We had called multiple other plumbers with more reviews, who were all booked, so we took a chance with Plumbing Point. We are so glad we did. Within 40 minutes, Nathaniel was at our house. They tried everything they could think of with the materials at hand before eventually giving up a few hours later, but they were back early in the morning with longer snake. It turns out the clog was in the city's pipes (not ours), so they cleared it and are writing us a note we can use to ask the city for a maintenance check. The pricing was very reasonable, and we would definitely call them again for an emergency!

I had a burnt out garbage disposal and a leaky kitchen faucet in my house. A lot of vendors have responded to my request for service on yelp.
Out of all the responses Nathaniel from Plumbing Point seemed to be very genuine in his approach. My work is straight replacement with new parts. Other vendor responses included ""we need to come and evaluate to give you a quote"" and of course there is a charge for coming over. Really!!

Nathaniel was very courteous, straight forward and on time. His work is clean and perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed.
