Nathaniel arrived when he said he would. He is one of the best plumbers I have ever met. We are now renters and the showers both backed up with
sewage (yes, disgusting) last night. The landlord found Nathaniel and what
a find he is. I cannot say enough about him. As seniors he saw we were wearing masks and he immediately offered to put a mask on and used booties thoughout his work so the floors were left clean. In this heat
wave of 98 degrees he went under the house to install a vent which was never put in when the house was built and the one on the roof was not up to code. The heavy duty auger he needed would not fit through that hole. He tirelessly worked for 4 hours with his young son, always with a smile and willing to answer all of our questions. He is respectful, so nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest.

Garage found flooded on Sunday morning, gross leak from the water heater. Plumbing Point gave estimate to water heater replacement within 30min of me reaching out to many...one of the fastest to respond. Their estimate was most affordable and availability was immediate. Came out first thing Monday morning, 15mins earlier than expected. First heater they brought had an issue, had someone else bring a new replacement within minutes. Finished all work within 3 hours and left the worksite clean. I definitely recommended and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs. Nice work Nathanael, Armondo and team.

I called Plumbing Point for what I thought was a clogged toilet. They arrived on time and did a detailed troubleshooting and we figured out that the clog was actually in the main sewer line. They did over and beyond what the original scope of the work was. Eventually when we found that the septic tank was clogged, they had to stop because it was outside their scope. I found them very honest, very transparent and willing to do what it takes to get everything working. I'll happy recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Our Instant hot water dispenser in the kitchen finally broke after 10+ years and I contacted my previous plumber but they did not respond. I used Yelp to fish for a more reliable plumber and that was when Nathaniel responded within 30 mins. Reading the reviews from Yelp about him helped me determine he is who I want to work with. I understand Yelp has its own unfair reviews filtering, but the reviews are true. Nathaniel is amazing. The reason I say that is because he takes customer service to a whole new level. He is very responsive, responsible, polite, patient, honest, and genuine. Hoping everything would go smoothly, of course it did not. A part he replaced was defective. A job that seemed simple turned into a 2 week job waiting for a new part. Throughout the entire process Nathaniel was extremely responsible. He told me he will order the new part and updated me throughout the two weeks letting me know when the part will arrive and for me to schedule for his return to complete the job. At no point did I think he would not complete the job after I paid for his service. I am so thankful Nathaniel has such integrity and i will continue to work with him whenever we have any issues with our plumbing. In the near future, i will work with him with replacing our whole house water softener system as we are no longer happy with our Rayne Water system currently.
