Armando came to the house and helped us out with our plumbing issue with a potential leak from the master bathroom upstairs. He was extremely patient and explained thoroughly on the potential causes of what we thought was a leak.

He showed us with a video of what he was seeing and this was extremely helpful. We are very pleased with their service and we would definitely look to Plumbing point on our future plumbing issues around the house.

Their price is fair but do keep in mind that there's a service charge for them to come to your home to do a quote so do keep that in mind if you do decide to use them for your plumbing needs.

Ridiculously expensive !

I was shocked to be charged a staggering $450 to run a camera from the cleanout to the mainline and inspect the drain line in the crawl space. I've never seen plumbing costs that outrageously high. I'd suggest opting for a more cost-effective local plumber with better warranty coverage.

Additionally, they charged $225 to snake the drain line, which became clogged again within 30 minutes of their departure. When I asked them to revisit, they quoted another $225 to snake the same drain line they had already worked on.

I had a clogged 60-year old cast iron pipe connecting the garage washer waste to the main waste line of my house. The first plumber I called looked at the washer waste pipe in the crawl space and said that he did not want to try to snake it but rather replace it for ~$4,500. I called Plumbing Point for a second estimate, and Armando was much more pragmatic and said that he would try to snake it first, and if the cast iron pipe became damaged in the process, he would only then replace it. He had to break open the frozen cleanout in the garage but he successfully snaked it and cleared the clog. He replaced the cleanout cap and the total price was something like one-tenth of the first estimate. This work was completed about four months ago and drainage in the system is still great. I greatly appreciate Plumbing Point's approach of offering the cost-effective solution rather than the jumping to the most expensive solution.

Pretty great! I called them in the evening looking to get a small job done same-day. I had low hopes anyone could do this on such short notice, but to my surprise, they were able to get to my place in just 25 minutes! That's impressive service right there.

The technician was super friendly and a great communicator, making the whole experience stress-free. They took the time to explain what they were doing and did a good and detail oriented job, cleaning up after themselves. The plumber was also very efficient, completing the job well under an hour without any delays.

Admittedly, the price was much higher than I expected, but given the level and speed of service that I received, it was acceptable. I was also given the quote before work began, which is fair.

Overall, I would highly recommend this plumber to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. They showed up lightning fast, were excellent communicators, worked quickly, and delivered top-notch service that, while pricey, was high quality.

I requested a quote on Yelp clearly indicating that I need a faucet and hot water tap system installed. I even included pictures so there would be no issue with knowing the scope of work. This guy schedules me out a few days and then on the day of he doesn't show up in the timeframe given. When I call him his excuse is that he lost my message. Then when he does actually show up he goes oh I can't install the faucet, you'll have to get someone else to do that. A true plumber can do this type of work and I was up front with all of the information so I was very disappointed. Beware with this company, especially if you get a competitive quote, they might just end up wasting your time.
