We called Nathaniel at around 7:20 PM on a Saturday night after a clog started a flood of dirty water into our shower. We had called multiple other plumbers with more reviews, who were all booked, so we took a chance with Plumbing Point. We are so glad we did. Within 40 minutes, Nathaniel was at our house. They tried everything they could think of with the materials at hand before eventually giving up a few hours later, but they were back early in the morning with longer snake. It turns out the clog was in the city's pipes (not ours), so they cleared it and are writing us a note we can use to ask the city for a maintenance check. The pricing was very reasonable, and we would definitely call them again for an emergency!

I reached out to Nathaniel via yelp to help with plumbing and a kitchen sink installation in our ADU. He was very prompt in responding, came-out to check the project provided a reasonable quote. He was very professional and open to taking up a project where so many other plumbing companies were so unresponsive. I would highly recommend Nathaniel for any of your plumbing needs. I had a burnt out garbage disposal and a leaky kitchen faucet in my house. A lot of vendors have responded to my request for service on yelp.
Out of all the responses Nathaniel from Plumbing Point seemed to be very genuine in his approach. My work is straight replacement with new parts. Other vendor responses included ""we need to come and evaluate to give you a quote"" and of course there is a charge for coming over. Really!!

Nathaniel was very courteous, straight forward and on time. His work is clean and perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again if needed.

Nathaniel arrived when he said he would. He is one of the best plumbers I have ever met. We are now renters and the showers both backed up with
sewage (yes, disgusting) last night. The landlord found Nathaniel and what
a find he is. I cannot say enough about him. As seniors he saw we were wearing masks and he immediately offered to put a mask on and used booties thoughout his work so the floors were left clean. In this heat
wave of 98 degrees he went under the house to install a vent which was never put in when the house was built and the one on the roof was not up to code. The heavy duty auger he needed would not fit through that hole. He tirelessly worked for 4 hours with his young son, always with a smile and willing to answer all of our questions. He is respectful, so nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest.
Thanks so much Nathaniel, we will definitely be calling you again!
