Called plumbing plus to install a house main water shut off valve and fix a broken toilet valve. Terry set up an appointment for the next day and was outstanding throughout his visit. Was very friendly and patient answering all my questions. He completed his work very efficiently and was very fair on his fees. I am planning to use him in the near future to replace my water heater and would recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Terrible, terrible experience. They came out to repair a bathtub issue and left shortly thereafter for additional parts. They rescheduled twice and then pulled a complete NO SHOW and IGNORED our phone calls. STAY AWAY! Horrible customer care.

I had an excellent experience with Plumbing Plus. I scheduled the work with Terry, the owner, after reading reviews here and on Google.

Joe arrived within the scheduled appointment window with a clear understanding of our scope of work (install water line and box for refrigerator ice maker and fix a leaking pipe). He entered our home respectfully and unobtrusively, installed the box, and then crawled into the crawl space to complete the rest of the work. He was finished in under an hour. He also took the time to show me how he completed his work, what he found wrong with our leaking pipe, and give advice going forward as well. The price was fair, and I appreciate their work! I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

We are working on a re-model of our laundry room, and needed the hot and cold bibs replaced as they were old and not working like they should. We called Terry w/Plumbing Plus and he was out early the next morning and had the repairs completed in a very timely manner. I want to thank Terry and his guys for taking such great care of us. In the middle of the Covid pandemic, our hot water heater went out, starting leaking, ruined a small part of my kitchen ceiling and we were without hot water for 4 days. Enter Terry and his guys. I called yesterday and they were here TODAY with a new hot water heater and did the complete switch out in about an hour and a half. It was unbelievable, especially given the fact that another plumbing company that I had previously used for our Nashville house, and thought I trusted, gave me a quote that was just obscene given what our country is going through right now (won't be calling that other plumber ever again!). Terry was quick, fair, and took great care of us in a very difficult situation. I cannot say enough great things about them. This is my second installation of a hot water heater with them in the last six months and I wish I had just called them first on the second one. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Terry.
