Plumbing Plus has done at least 3 jobs for me over the last few years. 1. They wear shoe covers when needed. 2. They cleaned up there mess. 3. They were courteous, professional, arrived on time and communicated to me in words I could understand! 4. Being a single woman, I didn't feel ripped off! I've recommended them to many folks! And will continue.

If I could give them no star I would. They are so unprofessional, none responsive. My experience with this company has been completely unacceptable. They came to my home as the assigned company from American Home Shield due to a water leak under my kitchen sink. They sent a technician to my home a week ago to review my issue. I was told that I needed a faucet replaced. They did not leave any paperwork, which I informed them was needed. It's been a week now and I still have not received anything. The technician also proceeded to tell me that I would need my faucet replaced and they would select the one I needed, which was not true. I was informed they would call me back the next day but never received a call from the office. I've made several attempts to call them, even emailed the CEO and still no response. After calling American Home Shield today I finally received a call from the technician at 2pm who stated he had a faucet( which he selected for my house) and could come and replace it if he could come at 4pm( which is the time they close but is not the time advertised as closing). I stated to him that I work and could not leave my job and be at my home by 4pm. After asking him to send me a photo of the faucet to make sure it was what I previously had or something that I approved I never heard back. I called the company again and still no response. I've experienced poor customer service in the past but this has been the worst experience ever. I have a daughter with allergies who cannot eat everything from resturants yet I cannot get a faucet fixed and have not had running water in my kitchen to cook for over a week now. This experience has cost me more than a faucet and I cannot believe that companies like this still exist. I'm simply trying to get a faucet fixed but at this time I will have to take this up with home warranty company for using such an unacceptable and professional company. I hope this complaint at least help someone look into this company and they make some immediate changes. Warning to anyone considering using them, please stay away.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They are superior plumbers. The customer service was top notch. Ashley and Nicole handled my frustrations with a previous plumber with tact, discretion and courtesy. Total pros! When AJ arrived, he saved the day. I told him he had an """"S"""" on his chest and a cape hanging down his back. He was that good. I'm putting them on speed dial!

Plumbing Plus got me scheduled ASAP, Rashawn completed the job perfectly, explained everything in detail and they were all kind and extremely professional. I've used my home warranty service for over a decade and Plumbing Plus has been the best company I've had the pleasure of working with by far. A+ service all the way. I also appreciated all the extra care taken by them during this pandemic. They make their safety and yours a priority. Great job guys.

I have used plumbing Plus for a number of years. These guys really know their stuff and are incredibly professional and reasonably priced. They did all of the plumbing in my basement, replaced a water pressure valve, garbage disposals, a water heater and rooted out clogged pipes. These are my go to guys for plumbing issues.
