I called Scott as water from beneath my kitchen sink ran over my feet, hoping that he would come quickly. Instead, he patiently talked me through the problem over the phone, telling me how I could fix the leak myself, while offering to come round if the fix didn't work. It did and I'm very grateful. So rather than call him out to my house, I'd like to call him out her as someone patient, helpful, and quite willing to put the customer first.

Scott is an amazing person in addition to being a great plumber. He squeezed me in on short noticed, made quick work of my clogged drain that I couldn't snake out.

But Scott left an impression on me. Immediately, you get the sense that he's not trying to rush through the work but really trying to do a good job... because it's the right thing to do. He uses environmental friendly products rather than dump a bunch of chemicals down your drain. He charged me a fair price. He's thoughtful about cleaning up. You get the sense he thinks about the people and families he's impacting. Oh and he didn't ask me to write this review unlike a lot of other businesses.

Working with Scott made me think about how I can 'pay it forward' and spread a bit more kindness to the world.

Scott is one of those people that you know you can trust right-off-the-bat. He is honest, reliable and extremely personable.

He came over our house to repair a shower faucet leak and since we needed to replace it, he suggested brands and other things that we can do to keep the cost of our repair down.

Simply put, Scott is an AWESOME person, so hire him the next time you need plumbing work done.

This guy made me cry. And in a good way.

I woke up after midnight (thank GOD) to the sound of gushing water. When I realized what it was, I found Niagara Falls happening under my kitchen sink. After setting up a crazy scheme with a dustpan and a roasting pan to catch the water, I called Scott at 1AM after not getting a response from another handyman who I'd used before.

He answered pretty quickly and tried to help me shut off the water to the house. He patiently directed me to the street (silly me, I had gone to the side of the house, where the gas & electrical is), and tried to help me shut off the water. There was just no way to do it. (When he arrived, he confirmed that the shutoff valve is broken--but, brilliantly, found a second shutoff just inside my garage.)

He arrived by 2AM. Assessed the situation quickly, shut off the water, and set to replacing the burst flexible pipe thing under the sink. He went ahead and replaced both for me, after having to work with a pipe diameter he didn't expect (thank you, moronic previous homeowner!). At this point, I'm seeing dollar signs flash before my eyes.

When he's all done, he sweetly apologizes for having to charge me for two hours. Please understand, he is NOT padding his bill with ""emergency in the middle of the night"" charges. Total? Under $200.

Oh yeah: I'm DEFINITELY calling Scott for my next plumbing adventure. Which will hopefully NOT be an emergency involving water cascading onto my kitchen floor.

Scott has helped with two projects in our home and has been incredible. He's not only taken care of our immediate needs, but educated us along the way, so we're better prepared for any unforeseen problems.

I'm typically under-impressed with workers that have stepped in our home, and he's really an exception. Incredibly dependable and fair too. Can't say enough positive things.

I found Plumbing Plus on Yelp and called because of the stellar reviews. I wish I could give Scott and Plumbing Plus 10 stars! Amazingly responsive, fabulous work, done very efficiently, very reasonably prices, and Scott is a really nice guy to boot! I can't remember meeting a nicer person since forever. And all of this was from a desperate call I made on a Sunday morning and he squeezed me into his already very full schedule, much to the detriment of his sleep!

He will definitely be my go-to plumber and I will send every person I know to him!!
