Our water heater started leaking at night, so I called Plumbing Plus the next morning. They had Robert out to assess and replace our water heater within hours. Robert was courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

The company has also gone paperless which leads to some cool features. I got a text when Robert was on his way which included a bio about him and a picture. I was truly impressed. Everything was done via iPad and my invoice was emailed to me.

No one wants a plumbing problem, however, if you find you need help this is definitely a great place to go. Jared and David came out and worked on my house sewer line for quite sometime. They took quite awhile troubleshooting the problem and then they went the extra effort to fix it. They ended up putting a new toilet in my house and everything works perfectly now. I really liked that Jared kept me in the loop the entire time and his thought process, it's good to learn.

No hesitation, I highly recommend Plumbing Plus, Jared and David in particular.

After accidentally drilling into a water pipe late on a Saturday night (hooray, home renovations!), we needed someone to come out immediately.
