Had a relatively small project, installing a new kitchen faucet in a ""hard to reach"" location...decided my arms and my back couldn't handle it so my sweet wife made the call to Plumbing Plus...Jared was there the next day and the job couldn't have gone smoother...well maybe it could have as Jared really had to work to get the old faucet out. (it had been there a while) He was friendly, professional and knew his business...the job was done in less that two hours and my back feels wonderful! Isaiah and Darrell spent almost the whole day doing projects at my home. Two toilets with all needed items were replaced and the old ones hauled off. A 6 gallon water heater was added with all the piping and parts needed. This along with my tankless system that they serviced as well should keep us in clean clothes again . They were polite and efficient in there work and made double sure everything was working as it should. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure it was better than when they arrived
All in all a great job was done and I am very satisfied.

I was having trouble with hot water pipes rattling in the kitchen and it got worse over the holiday weekend. I called 3 plumbers and Plumbing Plus was the first to respond. They made an appointment for the very next morning and have already come and gone. It was an easy fix (thank goodness). I was impressed by the quick reply, promptness and professionalism. Before Mike left he gave me a tip about my water heater which is getting up there in age. He suggested getting a leak detector alarm so if it does start to leak we'll be alerted. I have a trip to Home Depot already planned. I would highly recommend them and will call on them in the future should have need of a plumber again.

He is a wealth of knowledge about all aspects of plumbing and is able to identify and solve the problem in a professional manner very quickly. He is extremely competent and courteous.
