Plumbing Perfections came out when they said they would, and did a repair on an irrigation system adding new control box, a water softener system, replaced a leaking faucet, ran a gas line to turn our wood burning fireplace into a gas fireplace, and installed a toilet washlet seat hook up. They did everything meticulously, and with good humor. 2 months later I have no complaints, and I do have a functioning water system outside, just in time for the heat of the year, and some wonderful soft water in the house, et al. They were over and above the norm, reasonable, and I highly recommend them.

They do amazing work. Have had them out on a number of occasions everything from clogged drains to leaky pipes and they always stand behind their work.

I had requested my whole house water filter by pelican to be installed. They said they were certified to install. He came and installed it for $900 and a year later I found out that he did not install it correctly (he did not ground the system) and had to get another company not only to reinstall it but also had to replace the medium ($800 value) that had gotten electrolyzed due to the original improper installation.

Kyle makes himself available for emergencies and is very efficient and thorough in his work. If a problem can be solved over the phone, he makes an effort to help you fix it yourself before incurring additional costs.

Rates are reasonable with no over the top spikes or surcharges for ""off hours"" emergency work.
