I'm sorry I have to give them one star. They dug up my yard said they'd fixed the problem. Three weeks later it overflowed again. What they had done was shoot foam where they said there was a root problem. When a real plumber came out he said he'd never seen it done that way with foam. The problem was at the other end near the clean out, a root problem. Paid $765 to Paramedic for nothing. When I called they said they would come out, never did. After I got it fixed they refused to refund my money. Stay away.

I now know to stick to people you know and don't call Plumbing Paramedic 911, it was a Sunday I called them for service ( nothing ever goes out on a workday) so I guessed I would have to pay a little more. They came out after church and diagnosed the problem and fixed it, a leak under my floor caused by ice maker line to refrigerator. They replaced a line for shut off valve and plastic ice maker line. 54$ in parts,99$ service fee............472.........that's right 472$ in labor charges! No mention of this up front or over the phone! 472! Total of 625$ for ice maker line. You have been warned, I wish I could have been but I was on my way to work when I called and couldn't read reviews!!!!+

We had problems with re-lighting our gas hot water heater and called this guy. He came out the same day and had a look at our water heater. Well, he wound up telling us that the water heater was just too far gone and we needed to replace it for $1,200. We said we'd think about it because that was a lot of money (especially considering one like ours is about $450 at Lowes). We wound up calling Ray's Plumbing, he came out, cleaned the burner, lit the water heater and charged us $79. Come to find out Plumbing Paramedic had broken the pilot/on/off knob on the heater and left off the burner door completely! I realize knobs break but he said absolutely nothing about it and it does affect the re-lighting of the water heater. Plus it's just pure laziness on leaving off the burner door! We'll never call or use him again.
