From the first contact over the phone with April through the project with Anthony and Steve, I had a great experience. We had a clog in our sink drain which affected the disposal, dishwasher in addition to the drain itself. It started causing leaks under the sink which we weren't sure was even related when we called them. We also had a faucet which wouldn't run any hot water for some reason - only cold. I called Economy at 11:00 AM, April said she could have someone there between 12-1pm. Anthony called around 12:15 and said he was about 4 minutes away. They assessed the situation and Steve got to unclogging the drain right away. After that, they reinstalled the disposal, and reconnected the dishwasher to the drain, installed the new faucet (we bought ourselves the day before) and were out by 2:00. I would definitely recommend Economy and will use them again any time I have any plumbing work.

After having my sewer line back up twice in two years due to root intrusions in the terracotta (!) pipe, I decided it was time to replace rather than just clear the line. Travas was one of 3 plumbers that came to assess the issue. I was impressed with his knowledge of and comfort with excavation. He offered a fair price and followed through on everything as promised. Emails and texts were promptly returned, questions thoroughly answered, online payment was easy, and permits and inspection handled without incident. He and his team got started at 8a and were done by 3p. I remain impressed with the speedy and professional work. I've found the plumber I'll be calling for as long as I call Philly home.

Won't be calling them again. The work they do is good but the prices are insane! Went I called and made the appointment. I told them what was wrong and what needed to be done. They said $185 for snaking and $350 for hydrojetting. When the work was done, I was charged $450... on top of that the tech said I can use a credit card for the payment and with taxes it was $463.50. He never said there was a 3% charge ($13.50) for using a credit card. I told him that I can pay by check to and I would have if I knew there was a charge for that!! These guys are a scam... make sure you confirm and reconfirm the payment before an work is done. Also, these guys don't have the proper tools... they had to go to home depot to get a snake... shouldn't a licensed plumbing company have a snake in their truck? Never using them again!!!

This is residential not commercial! It's a 1st floor of a duplex. So $265 for removing a toilet and putting it back... WOW!!!

We woke up to water in basement and they had Anthony out to visit us within a few hours. He took the time to show us exactly what was wrong (cracked drain) and how he planned to fix it. When he was here, he made sure we understood everything he was doing and got the drain repaired in a morning. He and Steven were very conscious about COVID. They also did a wonderful job cleaning up. We will use them again for any future issues and we recommend them.

Economy saved the day! 2 days before selling our house we had an issue with a drain pipe. Anthony came out the day of our request and we cannot say enough good things about him. He took the time to figure out what the issue truly was, tried various ways to fix it and didn't stop until he completely solved the issue. Great experience if you need to call a plumber. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Travis the owner was in constant contact with me, taking the time to explain what was wrong and how they were going to fix the problem and the best part of all he saved me a lot of money.
