Did a horrible job. They refused to come back out. Work was suppose to be guaranteed. Had to pay a different company to redo the work.

These guys came out, blasted off a clean-out that I warned them was broken and leaking, and flooded my basement with sh... raw sewage and solids. It still smells. They didn't clean or fix anything. I paid them $500, in full, and was willing to move on. You'd think they'd be laughing to the bank. No.

They failed to show for an estimate, they called me to talk loud at me over the phone for having a land line phone, or whatever. So I complained about broken clean-out and sjtshower. Then it was endless emails about how they're not responsible for anything. They don't clean anything and they don't fix anything. Hydro jet can't break anything that's installed correctly. I never said it was installed correctly. I told everyone it was leaking sewage. I had to spend a considerable effort fixing what they had blasted off.

Basically, they're irresponsible and endlessly argumentative. They can't just say ""Oops, Sorry.""

Garbage service, just a simple braided hose that cost $15 max to replace and he tried up charging me with copper piping (disregard the fact that the other line had a braided hose also), up to $700 for what truly is a 5 minute task for a $15 part replacement. Sorry guys there is some ethical responsibility you have to present your customer with ALL options. If I wasn't aware I could have just been raked over the coals, will never call this company again.

Would definitely use again! I didn't have to wait forever and the tech handled the issue right then and there while answering all my questions. pleasant staff from answering the phone to completing the job! yay!

I had a backed up drain in my basement that got worse with each rainfall. They came out and the drain was cleared in minutes. Price was excellent. Will definitely use them again!

All in all really good experience. They did a rough in for us. They ran into some issues and didn't give up. They stuck to their quote and so far so good on all the work they did. Alan was pretty solid and personable, he explained the process and flaws in my logic. Travis was the fellow who came out to quote and he was cool and on time, early actually? Will definitely recommend these guys and be back next time I spring a leak or need help figuring out where the water is supposed to go. A+

Second time that we called them, and just like the first time, they out here and got us fixed up promptly! Timmy & Steve are totally competent and as a bonus, they're really good guys that you don't mind having in your home! I can gladly and highly recommend them. Both of our jobs were drain cleaning (different drains) but they also do regular plumbing. I hope that I never need them for that, but if I do, this is who I will call!!!
