I have been dealing with low water pressure just upstairs in my townhouse for quite awhile. I talked with the HOA about it and we discovered that whatever those devices are, they generally last about 10 years, and our townhouses are 10 years old. So some of us got together and hired Plumbing Outfitters. Dylan just came over. I had 40 PSI pressure when he started and he got it to 70 PSI. He said he doesn't like to turn it super high for safety. But let me tell you, the pressure is now like a bullet train! I don't need it higher! And he was so nice. Came to my place masked and very friendly. Really appreciate all his work.

The plumber Kyle Holt came by to look at the exploded water heater from the Texas Coldmageddon and examined the issue. Thirty minutes later had a plan to replace the heater and it's parts that had been damaged by the cold and was personable and complete. Noted the vent was off and they will fix so we won't die of Carbon Monoxide in the future. That's a plus. Will update when the water heater is installed.

We just experienced the hardest winter storm of my life. Seeing as though we have never had to deal with snow or below 20 degree weather before we had no idea what to expect. Plumbing Outfitters not only helped prepare the community by offering advice but checked in through out the week ensuring everyone had answers they needed. They walked us through all of the issues we faced through out a week of no power and frozen plumbing pipes, ways to troubleshoot, thaw out our pipes and restart water supply to our home. There's no doubt in my mind that we made it through like we did with out Plumbing Outfitters. My family and I are forever grateful and recommend them to all of our friends, family and more.

I recently had Plumbing Outfitters remove the older water heater from the attic & instal a new tankless heater outside the garage. I worked with Kyle who was amazing in providing different options/ estimates and answering my gazillion questions. The guys who did the work (sorry I didn't jot down their names) were also great & answered all my questions throughout the installation. They wore masks, the work was done in the time they estimated & they made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Julia, in the office was also great , professional & was on top of when the guys were supposed to arrive. I had them come back to replace a toilet & again, very professional. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!!

It has to be the worst day of weather in Texas in 2021 and our hot water heater blows up. lol We located Plumbing Outfitters and they sent a representative out to our house to take a look, at no charge, which is amazing on its own since some companies wanted to charge us just to look and give us a price. Kyle came out and what a great guy. He sent a profile of himself to us, so when he knocked on the door he felt like he was someone we already knew. Kyle was helpful, pleasant and polite, he smiled, had his mask on, and was an amazing man to meet. Our dog liked him and that is important since she is an amazing judge of character and if she had not liked him we would have not had anything to do with Kyle. But she loved him, so that meant he was a good man to deal with. He looked at the problem, gave us a VERY fair price, and the rest is history. We would do business with Kyle and Plumbing Outfitters again. They earned the respect, and the business.

Warren just left after replaced PRV in our main line. Unbelievable communication from start to finish. Great job was done. Water pressure better than when we moved in. I texted on Sunday with job details. Warren said he would be out Monday. Monday morning got a call asking to reschedule because it was raining like crazy. Reconfirmed for Tuesday am. He showed up on time and finished on schedule. I will keep this company in my cell phone. Best price, awesome service, great communication. Everything a great company should strive to be!
