We have used Plumbing Outfitters in Taylor on several different occasions and have been more than pleased with the outcomes. Kyle Leeper was the last of their employees to help us out. He was phenomenal. Very professional, very good listener and communicator and most of all, very thorough in his work. He even suggested two things we could do to improve our plumbing operation.
We would be happy to have any of those folks back in our house. They're not "cheap" but who wants to have cheap work done on the most important system in your house? It's dirty, difficult work. They're worth every penny.

Mr martinez came to my home and provided two possible options to fix a broken pipe. Both options were 30% the cost of a competitor and one was far less destructive (as a competitor wanted to break the concrete to get to a pipe). And they said they could do the job tomorrow and get it done in a day. Great company.

We had a very good quoting experience with Plumbing outfitters. Although we didn't go with their bid I would consider them for future plumbing projects. Kyle came out on time and was very thorough to try to figure out why our grinder pump broke and to get me a quote. Very friendly!

Professional, friendly, on time, but OVERPRICED. I had to have a 1/2 HP garbage disposal replaced in a rental unit that I wasn't able to be present at. Matt Ford was my technician and he charged me $733 to replace the small garbage disposal. The cost of the product they used is $139 at Lowe's. After the fact, I got two quotes from other companies to replace my garbage disposal with the same product they used and one said $250 and the other said $395. One company also told me I could order the part myself and it would be even cheaper. This option was not offered to me by Plumbing Outfitters. If a fair price is important to you, I don't recommend them. Unfortunately, taken advantage of by Plumbing Outfitters.

I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters. Brandon and Coy showed up on time and got right to work on a tankless water heater flush and replacing the homeowners shutoff valve. both were very professional and knowledgeable.they each handled one task and were finished in a little over an hour. I will definitely use them again.

Garrett Wadsworth from Plumbing Outfitters found some tricky problems while installing my new bathroom faucets and restoring the a/c drain connection. When he and Seth came the next day with special parts the job was completed and everything is working smoothly. I was impressed with his skill, efficiency and bright positive attitude toward the job. Plumbing Outfitters was an excellent choice of subcontractor by Ryan at Austin Fine Floors on West William Cannon, in my ongoing restoration from a water leak last Spring.

Melvin and Seth were super awesome!
Of course today was one of the hottest, if not the hottest day!, but they cleared the way for my downspouts to drain again.
I was informed about the work that needed to be done, the price, and they explained how they completed the project! They were friendly, courteous, and very professional.
I asked in a text after the repair was done (and they had left) for written notes about the repair to share with my husband. It was after hours yet I received a call from the company (I'm sorry I don't remember the gentleman's name!) responding to my text! He said he would ask Melvin to send me an email when he home with the notes and pictures they had taken from the repair!
I highly recommend this company. I heard about them on KLBJ! They are local, homegrown, and super!!
