It has to be the worst day of weather in Texas in 2021 and our hot water heater blows up. lol We located Plumbing Outfitters and they sent a representative out to our house to take a look, at no charge, which is amazing on its own since some companies wanted to charge us just to look and give us a price. Kyle came out and what a great guy. He sent a profile of himself to us, so when he knocked on the door he felt like he was someone we already knew. Kyle was helpful, pleasant and polite, he smiled, had his mask on, and was an amazing man to meet. Our dog liked him and that is important since she is an amazing judge of character and if she had not liked him we would have not had anything to do with Kyle. But she loved him, so that meant he was a good man to deal with. He looked at the problem, gave us a VERY fair price, and the rest is history. We would do business with Kyle and Plumbing Outfitters again. They earned the respect, and the business.

Professional, fast and on time. They kept their masks on while working and I really appreciate that since I know how hard it is to do a physical work and not being able to breath easily. Warren just left after replaced PRV in our main line. Unbelievable communication from start to finish. Great job was done. Water pressure better than when we moved in. I texted on Sunday with job details. Warren said he would be out Monday. Monday morning got a call asking to reschedule because it was raining like crazy. Reconfirmed for Tuesday am. He showed up on time and finished on schedule. I will keep this company in my cell phone. Best price, awesome service, great communication. Everything a great company should strive to be!

From the scheduling and all the way through the repair process it has been a total pleasure to deal with Plumbing Outfitters. They show up on time, notify you when they are on the way, cause minimal damage, explain what has to be done and provide written quotes for all work. I really can't recommend highly enough.

++ I'm really pleased with the service Plumbing Outfitters as a whole provides. Prior to the appointment, I was given a text reminder of the appointment date/time. On the morning of the appointment, I was given a text with a brief bio about my tech who was going to come out (Ryan) to my home along with a pic so I knew who exactly was at the door. He came on time and in full Plumbing Outfitters uniform. I notice their great attention to customer service, and feel confident that the work they provided will last. I'll definitely keep Plumbing Outfitters in my contacts for future work.

Awesome work! I called them in about a mystery pipe that just started leaking. Turned out to be runoff condensation from my a/c unit (or something along those lines hehe). They gave me an estimate after checking it out and came back to do the work. Super nice crew and efficient. thanks!

Couldn't be more thrilled with the responsive, efficient, professional and effective service provided by Plumbing Outfitters. Warren (the owner) responded within 10 minutes of my yelp request, used a great scheduling app that make it easy to find a time that worked for me; was able to schedule for later that same day. I had a septic issue that was causing an odor to emanate from a bathroom -- he figured out the problem was a deteriorated wax ring underneath the toilet and had the issue resolved within a few hours -- my air quality is a thousand times better! Apparently, that's something you're supposed to replace about every 5-7 years (mine was 20+ years old). He also repaired a Kohler toilet that was running chronically -- working like new again. Highly recommend!

This company did a great job. If you are hesitant, just send them an email or give them a call. Stephanie answered my questions and sent someone out right away. The work was assessed and estimated and the company did not try and sell me extra. Another company quoted more. They even took before and after pictures to show me the work that they had done. I will be using them again in the future.
