Called to have the parts on an old commode replaced. Here's the butcher's bill: Replacement of one Kohler plastic seal $17.86 Trip to home cost -- $45
Cost of Plumber service -- $200. Total cost $262.86

Bottom line, the plumber was great, my problem got solved. Expensive, but you pay for quality. Would definately recommend

The sewer line at my home in Columbus was clogged and caused backfill into my basement. I needed a hydro-jet service right away and hopped on Yelp to receive quotes. Plumbing One got back to me immediately and I was soon in touch with one of the owners -- Jess. Jess was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She cleared out the line quickly in less than an hour with no issues.

Fast forward a month later and my line got clogged AGAIN! Stressed and confused -- I immediately contacted Jess and she said she could check out the issue the next day. She discovered some clothes got clogged in the line since the hydro-jet appointment and was able to dig it out. Goodness!

Horrible luck on my end but grateful Jess saved the day twice! She is incredibly punctual, kind, and overall just great customer service. Fair prices too. Will use Plumbing One again in a heartbeat if I ever need additional needs (crossing my fingers it won't happen again!).

Hired trade to install sewer and supply to my brand new kitchen sink . The first time I used garbage disposal, the p trap came apart unknowingly to me it then flooded my brand new cabinets.. Which at that made me aware of the situation I then frantically called Plumbing One for assistance for this was the weekend.. Monday morning I received a call from Jess. who informed she knew that the drain was improperly installed by them . As I was attempting to get resolution to this situation she hung up on me repeatedly as I called back the final conversation she told me she was contacting the police. So at that point I contacted the building department to see if the workmanship was to code and or correctly for I am not a plumber. At that time I contacted Attorney General Contractor Fraud Department explained my situation and filed a complaint. i contacted local police jurisdiction as per Jess. stating she was contacting police department. At that time the police informed me no complaint was called in. As fraudulent as her statement was so was the workmanship. In our conversation she stayed with a witness she improperly installed the sewer.. Why would I pay $500.00 improper installation of my kitchen sink with brand new cabinets ??

First time using Plumbing One. had a leaking copper pipe in the basement and the outdoor spiket was leaking. Jacob fixed both items pretty quickly. Price was good. I would definitely use Plumbing One again.

We moved to Columbus about three years ago and had less-than-optimal experiences with two larger plumbing companies. We tried Plumbing One recently and could not have been more pleased. Jess and associate were prompt, professional, and friendly. They did excellent work at a fair price. Now, I would not think of going anywhere else for my plumbing needs

Very thankful for Jess and her team. She went over the options of what type of piping would be suitable for my home and which would be best during the winter. During the consultation/quote she noticed other issues with the home and showed pictures of the concerns she had. She also pointed out that with my home being an older home it was not up to code on a couple of items. She was very thorough in describing the work that had to be done and I was pleased with what was all included. She showed pictures of all the work that was completed in the crawl space. Knowing beforehand that getting plumbing work done on my home wasn't going to be cheap. I was totally happy with the price of the work that was done and the quality of work that came with it. Thank you Plumbing One, thank you Jess, and thank the rest of the crew who installed it.

Give them a zero if I could 2 NO SHOWS IN A ROW .

Then acted like he didn't speak to use about the problem with water leak first excuse was he couldn't find his employee and his work truck since Thursday of last week said that he would me here the following Monday at 10AM
No show again called him acted like he didn't know what we were talking about .
Said he`s behind since her had to fire his employee .

If ever the term ""singing their praises"" needed to be taken literally, now is the time. I am so incredibly impressed and pleased with this company, let me go back 24 hours to explain.

After two weeks of calling around and fighting with other issues, I saw Plumbing One in the ""Comments"" section of another home improvement store. Our water heater failed and with funds as tight as they were, we were particular about the price we were going to pay for the replacement and the cost of installing it. When I called ""PO"", they (Tom) was quick to answer my questions and, although he was actually on assignment in the field, promised to get the information for what he couldn't quote ASAP and call me back. He did, within 5 minutes.

Not only was it possible to have it installed this morning, but the price he quoted was half as much as some of these other so-called credible companies. To make things better, his was a one-time fee versus other ""per hour"" rates. The conundrum now was the need to actually GET the water heater, since we hadn't anticipated the readiness.

He and I spoke several times, as my window of opportunity to lock a next-day appointment was closing. To make things tougher, when I went to purchase the heater, the (NON)sale price went up $100+.

After waiting over 15 minutes for assistance that we never received, we walked out and drove to the competition and found a better deal. Sadly, after we got the item home (I hauled it myself), we realized it was too late to get it done before the weekend and would have to wait until Monday (what's three more days of cold showers and boiling water for cleaning?).

Well, here's the real surprise. I got a call at 8:03 this morning from servicemen Ron & Tyler, who were in the area and willing to install it IMMEDIATELY or Monday, whichever I preferred.

Do I even need to tell you my answer?

90 minutes later, we were signing the invoice and patiently waiting for them to leave so they wouldn't have to witness the 4-person Fight Zone single-elimination event to see who would be the first two in the hot showers!

Not only do I swear by their excellent service and business acumen, I give an additional hoorah because they managed this despite the recent fire damage to their business, which has supposedly impacted their efficiency...

...not that you'd know it.

I have other upcoming plumbing needs and I already know who I'll be contacting. I guess it's only appropriate that there motto is, ""The One To Call"".

Bravo gentlemen, bravo.
