During the December 2022 freeze, our exterior pipe froze and we had no water in the house. Matt was very prompt in responding to our call, identified the problem, cut out and replaced the freeze damaged portion of pipe and valve, and helped us set up a better temperature protective shield than what we had done prior to the freeze event. Matt and Vanessa helped me put my home's plumbing back together after Hurricane Harvey. They obtained all the needed permits and did all of my rework - installing faucets, tubs, toilets, dishwasher, hooking up new gas lines for my stove and fireplace. In addition, they took care of a plumbing issue that developed upstairs. I feel that the owners are honest and kind. This company price gouged me, cut corners, didn't file for a permit I paid for until caught without it, failed inspections 3 times, and then ran a horribly done drain line out of spite after being asked to close out their permit because their ethics are not on par with what we were expecting. Pex is not supposed to be exposed to sun or freezing temperatures. I guess they thought we would be an easy target after our home was destroyed in the hurricane. Shame on anyone who would take advantage of someone in our position.
Very dissatisfied with the service I was given and how I was treated after. Have been harassed by their friends and family via social media and they have worked more diligently trying to get my reviews removed than they did on my home.

At first, the use of Plumbing Ninja was solid. He did the repipe on our home and installed a tankless water heater. As we were moving along to different phases of work in the home (our home flooded in Harvey) the prices began to go up. We had got another estimate done on the same scope of work and their prices differed greatly. I asked The owner of Plumbing Ninja finish his work and then schedule the inspection so we could close out his permit. This is where the problems started. We were charged for a permit, for the repipe but one was never obtained. When I asked about it I was told that Houston operates off the "Honor System" and we could out the walls back up and they would not know. The inspection failed three times mostly due to improper clamps, nail guards, none of the pex was properly secured in the home (walls and attic) no sediment trap ran from the tankless, connections to the tankless were not up to code and the line from the tankless water heater not being run correctly to a proper diffuser box. The owner reached out to me after the third inspection and said that he fixed the problem(s) and the inspector passed it. In the pictures you can see how it was "fixed." We now have a long leg of blue pex that has been drilled through our home and run in a horrible fashion down the back of the home.
