I noticed I had a leaking shutoff valve under my toilet, looked on yelp for plumbers and noticed Plumbing and Things had great reviews so i sent a quote request (this was on Friday evening) Kit actually called me back about an hour later. I described what was going on, he told me what the problem most likely was and gave me a price, I agree because it was a good price. He was able to come out the next morning, he was on time , very professional and was very nice. The problem was exactly what he said it was, he completed the job and even cleaned up the area. The price was what he said no add ons and no surprises. I definitely would recommend calling Kit and getting Plumbing and Things for any job you may have.

We were having a problem with our bathroom sink and laundry sink. Kit came in and fixed the sink so quick. Then he diagnosed the laundry sink and told us how to do it ourselves. He didn't charge as the fix was so menial but i was still so grateful as he came all the way for us. We know nothing about plumbing so felt a little embarrassed but he didn't judge! Kit and his team are wonderful to work with. We needed a new water heater to be installed within a difficult, small location within our house, and we were debating whether or not we could use a tankless water heater. Prior to the appointment, Kit texted with me back and forth over my options and answered all of my questions, and in the end we realized a traditional water heater made the most sense. Kit and his team then arrived right on time for the appointment (I feel like that is a rarity with many contractors these days), and he was incredibly respectful and communicative. He noticed that I didn't have shoes on in our house and we had a shoe rack with shoes lined up on it, and so he asked if we normally don't wear shoes in our house and offered to take his shoes off. I was so shocked and grateful since I've never had a contractor be that considerate before! Not only did he do a great job removing our old water heater and installing a new one, but he also cleaned up afterwards and put everything back the way it was. He truly was a pleasure to work with, and I'm grateful to have a plumber whom we know we can trust to communicate as needed throughout the process and can do great, professional work. Thanks again!
