Had a mainline stoppage on a Sunday afternoon that caused flooding in our downstairs bathroom. The guys showed up within an hour after the call and worked on it for 4 hours and finally got it cleared up. They put in work that night. We appreciate all the hard work and their fast response time. I'm sure you know how hard it is to get someone to come out last minute, especially on a Sunday. I reached out to multiple companies and Plumbing Method was the first to respond to my request. The only one that had any time to even come out same day, and they got here in less than an hour. Literally had to have been 20 minutes! Anyway, Matt came in and looked at our issue, recommended what I anticipated it would be, helped me with a temporary fix for the problem and that was it. I was ready for some kind of service fee, or consultation fee, but I didn't have to pay a dime! We will definitely use them again in the future! Honest, professional, and punctual.

No doubt the best plumbers around the area. I live in Chino and had a tankless water heater issue. Cori did a wonderful job raising the water heater to match the pipe hole.
