Please be Leary of this company. Shop wisely and look elsewhere as you may find your self in the same position as me with a mess on my hands that cost thousands to fix and refusal for honor, integrity or accountability. Good luck

Cori came out and helped out my issue I caused. I was a bit embarrassed but he reassured me that it happens. He was able to fix the issue quickly and I'm happy with the results. I'm so glad we found Plumbing Method! We had leaks in our bathroom from somewhere around the toilet, and they did an extensive search to show us all the future risky areas but didn't try and push us to do anything immediately. We decided to have our toilet redone and all the leaks are now gone! Cori and the team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. They are so good at what they do... This review is based on my own experience. The owner, Cori, appears confident and responsive. However, I feel the workmanship and experience level do not back up the cost they charge. The main reasons for the bad workmanship rating is because plumbing method did not insulate the hot water pipe they rerouted, did not fill the holes they drilled to route the pipe with foam, did not completely clean up after they were done, and the owner would not take any responsibility or criticism on any mishap. I noticed my floor was warm and suspected a slab leak. I contacted Plumbing Method and they were able to come out the next day to diagnose. Cori took about 15 min and determined that there's a slab leak and was confident he was able to fix it the same day. He quoted me 4,000 to reroute a hot water line. He also promised to help me to get through the insurance claim and some costs should be covered. Although Cori's quote is slightly higher than other plumbers, I thought it'd still be worth it if the leak can be fixed the same day and some costs will be covered by insurance. It turned out that leak was not fixed the same day and on top of that I lost hot water in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. After talking with the insurance adjustor, he confirmed that none of the costs would be covered. Cori just told me that he's usually right about where the leak is; it's my house that has weird plumbing. Well, I didn't think much of it and Cori promised to come back another day to complete the job. After the second day of repair, the original leak seemed to be fixed but a new leak developed on a pipe he was working on. Cori would not take any responsibility for the new leak and told me that I should take ownership for the condition of the pipes in my house. Anyway, I decided to just pay Cori what we agreed on for the original slab leak. I ended up going with another company to repipe the entire house.

Plumbing Method was amazing. Anita EISENBERG was diligent dealing with my insurance. What should have been an easy FIRST claim living in my house for 25 years. State Farm insurance repeatly denied our valid claim . Plumbing method continued to address and submit all valid documents on supporting the claim . I am happy to say that there is a light at the end of tunnel
