I am floored to see that this company has any good reviews. From what I know about Yelp and young companies they just have paid people to leave these reviews. My experience with them was this last summer was so horrible, it still makes me upset to even remember it. The company will come across so prepared and ready to do any size project. But they don't have any regular team, they don't even screen or see if the people 'they hire ' do your major project are qualified to do it.
They ruined the side of my front door, part of the side of my house when they were breaking up concrete. Instead of asking my very large string husband to move things in the front, they dumped huge amounts of dirt and concrete on plants and irreplaceable objects in my front. They didn't have equipment for two days which caused my husband a loss of income for those two days. to top it off my neighbors thought that they were being this whole job. It looked like they were doing it in peace meal. in the end they thought they were doing me a favor by replacing the sprinkler system and they put a sprinkler system above the ground a sprinkler system above the ground like it's the 1950s. So my kids would break their ankles.
I was promised the insurance company would give us money back. I've never received a single dime back from her insurance company. This company was a nightmare to deal with from day one again. I can't imagine any of these reviews are real reviews. Please read mine before you consider your business with this company .

Came out to my house last week and worked on my dishwasher, it was clogged. They easily unclogged it and not only that they told me what they did and did it at NO CHARGE! I mean amazing service, I will definitely use them again should I have another ""larger"" issue. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs, as they are reliable and trustworthy. Gavin is very helpful and friendly. He explained what was the problem of my bathtub faucet and how does he going to fix it with step by step. Me and my husband was asking so many questions. Gavin is so patient to answer one by one. Im definetly recommand their services thank you

I live in Chino Hills and needed a plumber late night, due my upstairs master bathroom having a water line that sprung a leak. Shortly after placing call Jason arrived. He was very polite, he wore shoe covers, came in and got right to work. He explained everything to me, which made me confident that Plumbing Method was a great choice. They were very neat and handled the problem like true professionals. Within no time the leak was fixed and I was able to calm down. These guys are great from the girl who answered my call down to the Plumber.

Jason just came over and handle the business like a champ. Very nice, clean and thorough. I trusted him right from the start. He provided recommendations and gave me the whole picture of what I was looking at.

No doubt about it, I'd hire them again. I tried calling others who tried to charge a show up fee and a gas fee added on to the repair. They did not. Do yourself a favor and call these guys. Trust me, I'm a nurse:)
