DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The company lied to me and stood me up for my A/C appointment after making me wait 4 days for service that never happened. I was told I would receive a call from the manager at 8:00am the next moring to reschedule the missed appointment. That call did not happen so I called them at 9:15am and 9:30am. When they screned both of those calls I called my home warranty company and had the contract trasferred at 9:55am. Around 10:30 I got a call from the company manager telling me the home warranty company transfered my contract at 8:04am which is why she did not bother to call me. When I started to speak she cut me off and told me she did not care what I had to say and did not want to speak with me and hung up on me. So if you want to be treated like a number, spoken down to, stood up, lied to and yelled at this is your company. If you want your A/C fixed you should probably call someone else.

If you're in need of a great plumber call Dave at Plumbing and Mechanical. He installed a new hot water heater for me and did an excellent job.

We have been using Dave for over a year. He has replaced several toilets for us, reset toilets (new floors), fixed a leaking pipe and leaking faucets. He is always super professional, timely, and affordable. We actually have a home warranty that provides service from another plumbing company and we choose to pay out of pocket to have Dave come out. There is such a peace of mind when you know the work is going to be done right and that you aren't going to be taken advantage of.

We contacted Plumbing and Mechanical because we'd heard good things about them. My wife and I own some rental properties in the Jefferson area. Our old plumber shut down his business and went to work 50 miles away. Dave and Samantha responded the day we called them, and set up an appointment for the next day. They worked with us to schedule their visits around another appointment we had. They took care of the plumbing problems quickly, effectively, and at a reasonable price. They are both very nice people, and they operate their company in a totally professional manner. We will use them in the future for our own home and our rentals.
