An emergency bathroom drain issue this weekend was quickly resolved by Matt who showed up early on a Sunday afternoon thankfully! It seems our problem is resolved and our toilets are flushing and our showers ready to use. After paying hundreds in hydrojetting with other companies, Plumbing Matters seems to have fixed the actual cause, a big clog that wasn't seen but felt and is no longer backing up our drains. Great service! I'm so happy to find a plumber that I can trust to be honest and respond quickly to issues that arise! I bought my first home 7 years ago and thankfully i haven't had any crazy issues until now. I was so nervous I wouldn't find someone i could trust. The first time I called Matt it was for my water heater and he gave me honest advice and I was able to save money and get what I needed directly from the manufacturer. The second time I contacted him I had a leak in my shower pipe. Both times he responded to my requests immediately and was out to assess within 24 hours! That's amazing in this day and age when it's so hard just to get a call back.
What I also love is how personable, patient, and honest he and his team are. I'm so weary of service providers in general and scammers... but Matt and his team are definitely trustworthy and I will be using him for all my future issues as well as refer him to others. Kevin came out to fix my shower issue and he was so nice and made sure to explain everything, & give me his recommendations.
Best of all the pricing was so reasonable and up front! I'm so happy and thankful my plumbing issues were taken care of so quickly with honest people who I feel comfortable with. I have peace of mind now knowing I have a plumber I can trust for fast service whenever unexpected issues arise!

After my home warranty failed me I began calling local plumbers with no luck in getting emergency service until I called Plumbing Matters. I had a leak outside of my home that was progressively getting worse. Matt was here within an hour of my call and found the leak immediately.
