This review was a little overdue. Needless to say Matt road to the rescue again. The gas company once again said I had a leak. Matt came out at 10 o'clock at night to see what was going on. We discovered while testing to see if there was a leak the gas company had inadvertently loosened a valve. This had caused it to look as if I had a leak inside my home. Matt crawled through my attic, searching for the supposed leak. He continuously tested to try and find out what was going on. After a good half hour he went outside, just to see if there was some thing at the main part where the gas company shut the line down only to discover lo and behold the leak was there. Problem is I had asked the gas company several times if that was where it was coming from because that is where I smelled it but of course they told me no it was inside the house. I must say Matt you did an awesome job tracking the leak down. He even offered to wait until the gas company came back out to show them what he discovered. Of course after all the hassle the gas company wouldn't come out that night to turn my gas back on.

If you are looking for a plumber that will go out of their way for you and do everything in their power to find out what the issue is, hire this company. The other plus is the prices. His charges are so very reasonable. He is now my go to for any plumbing needs.

We had a sudden leak (dripping) from the 2nd story bathroom onto the ceiling of the dinette table and we're like what the? Justin came out and he looked at the upstairs master shower, replaced my new shower head for free basically and tried to find a ""plumbing leak"". No leak! So downstairs the guys go to cut up my beautiful ceiling in the dinette area to FIND out what's going on. This is the process (gulp) I get home and find I've got holes cut into my dinette ceiling to ""discover"" there's no plumbing leak. Ugh the process isn't their fault. It's just how it goes. So now I have to a call tile repair company for a possible shower pan May be blah blah blah and there's that. So likely a whole new shower floor (tile) and new shower pan. Who knows but that's likely. Ok that's now scheduled and an additional $1,000 for drywall repair / paint from the ""where's Waldo water coming from escapade"". However, I'm guessing this company saved me a much bigger issue down the line with mold etc. I'm grateful to this company (Matthew the owner) and Jake. Women aren't usually great with having their walls torn up / that's right Matthew. I'm not. I took it out on Matthew and all he did was be nice and try to explain. Seriously I questioned him about what happened for 40 minutes and each time he responded professionally and with compassion and information that was helpful. It wasn't even a plumbing issue and he took the time to explain what he believed was going on and be there for my husband and me. So we figure plumbing issues will definitely go to this company because even when it's not their issue they give a care to make sure customers are happy. This is a dependable, responsible and very reasonable plumbing company that also appears to own honesty as a core value. I can hang with this crew and possibly you can too.

We found water dripping on our kitchen floor from the bathroom above. We suspected it was coming from the wall behind the shower head. We contacted Plumbing Matters on Sunday evening after we returned home from a Mothers Day gathering. Matt responded and offered a very fair and reasonable price for the job which required cutting into the drywall to investigate the leak. On Monday morning, Justin arrived and asked for our consent to cut into the drywall. After a careful and methodical approach, we found that the leak did not come from any of the water pipes. It turned out that the leak came from the shower floor. Justin was friendly, patient and professional.

If I could give Matt 10 stars I would b/c the level of service and thoroughness that this young man brings to your plumbing needs is top notch. Following the installation of a thermal expansion tank that I paid Matt for, I was still getting errors with my Moen Flo device. After going back and forth with Moen, I reached back out to Matt to explain the situation and he was more than helpful and understanding of the issue.

Not only did Matt personally come back to take a look at the issue and diagnose it further, he even re-tested and re-pressurized the system to ensure everything met his standards. He re-checked the installation and fittings to make sure there were no leaks and made sure it was to code. I did not ask him to do any of this, but he did it b/c it was the right thing to do. I cannot say enough about this young man and his work ethic. This kind of service and dedication to customers helps keep my faith in humanity that there are good honest people out there working hard to earn a good living. I would not hesitate to use Matt and his team for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend him to friends, family, and neighbors. TOP NOTCH service and BEST PRICES. How can you beat that?!?! You can't so just call Matt.
