Having my garbage disposal start leaking at 10pm on a Saturday night, I was surprised to be able to have a service setup for Sunday. Matthew at Plumbing MATTers Rooter & Plumbing Services texted me about my Yelp service request early Sunday morning and was able to have a technician to my house by 8:30 am that same day. His technician, a Matthew also, was polite and had my new 1/2 hp garage disposal installed within 20 minutes or so. He even replaced some of my cracked caulking around the air release on top of the sink. I really appreciated the upfront pricing and options provided via text even before I chose them. They are top notch and offer great customer service. I will be sure to use them again for other plumbing needs.

Justin re-did my main water valve due to leakage and added a bypass for irrigation. Great quality work. He even threw in a free pressure regulator due to mis-alignment of the original plumbing because it was unexpected in the original quote. Didn't charge us extra. Very honest plumber to work with. Will call plumbing matters for sure for any other work!

Re-route of water:

I shot out a message to a few plumbing companies in reference to what I thought was a slab leak. Within an hour or two, the owner, Matt, from plumbing matters sent me a message. Despite it being Super Bowl Sunday, a technician from the company came out a few hours later to take a look at the issue. Matt, the technician, was thorough in identifying what the possible issue was. Both Matt's and Kevin arrived first thing the next morning and started on the job. They explained everything and gave me options on how to remedy the issue. They worked diligently and were able to get the job done in a few hours. Once the job was complete, they cleaned up the dust from the drywall and walked me through what they did.

Despite the job being done, technician Kevin went above and beyond and took a look at other problem areas in my home. He gave me recommendations on how I can fix the problems myself or how they can fix it.

Needless to say, I'm happy with not just the job that was done, but with the professionalism and work ethic all three guys displayed. I will be utilizing this company for future plumbing issues. *definitely recommend these guys!
