Second time I have used this service, and once again was very satisfied. The owner Matt is very responsive, while the technician Matt Payne who came to our house to fix our shower head fitting was fast, efficient, and thorough, explaining what the problem was in detail, providing photos and video, and walking me through how he was going to fix it. On top of it all, their rates are very reasonable for the work being done. Will definitely use them again!

WONDERFUL! Thank you, Matt Payne! Reached out yesterday, outlined the issue, received quick response and end price charged was at the low end of the estimate. Note: other companies reached out to did not provide anything other than, ""we need to see it"", ""we need a phone call"", ""we need to come on site"", or a too-high price cited for what was an easy kitchen since faucet swap out. Matt arrived this morning, very friendly/professional. Took a look, price was right where it was quoted, and took care of my issue in short order. BIG thank you, Plumbing MATTers! This is the second time I had Plumbing Matters come out. First time they came out and installed my water heater back in April. Today they installed a new toilet, garbage disposal and connected my new dishwasher. Matthew and his crew were very friendly, affordable, informative and professional. There was no lallygagging around. These guys worked the entire time. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciate the different options he gave me in regard to how much the work would cost. It helped in me deciding on who or how I wanted to proceed with the work that needed to be done. They are exemplary when it comes to communication. Matthew texted me to let me know how long it would be for him to get here. Good guys! Highly recommend!
