I am out of town and I called Matt to take care of a leak under one of my rental's sink. Matt sent out Kevin who kept the tenant informed of his time. He was prompt, called me with his assessment of the problem, his proposed solution and the cost. Kevin was clean, answered all questions and had a great personality. I am so happy I found this plumber. He does not charge to come and give an estimate and the two times I've used him so far his pricing is fair and his employees are efficient. Sorry i can't post any pictures of my new garbage disposal.

""Do you have a guy for plumbing?"" If anyone asks me this question in the future, my answer without a doubt will be ""Yes! Call Plumbing Matters!"" This morning I reached out to Plumbing Matters using Yelp, received a response in a few minutes and within 2 hours, Justin showed up timely.

Over the last year, this is their 3rd visit for different plumbing issues. They have impressed me with each visit. Not only because of their knowledge in plumbing, but also their determination to fix the issue while showing me throughout the process what the actual issue is. But what has truly impressed me the most, is their honesty and the fact that they're not trying to rip me off like other plumbers I had previously encountered. It's very hard to trust people when plumbers have shown up and quote me a ridiculous price for what they think might be the issue. Today's plumbing issue was tricky because it's an issue that comes and goes. Of course when Justin came, the sound wasn't there. Justin was honest and said that he wouldn't just charge me for replacing something that might be it. Instead he recommended for me to record the sound next time I hear it, send it to them to assess and they'll come back out. He didn't even charge me for the visit although he took quite some time trying to assess the issue. Meanwhile, he did fix my toilet and didn't even charge me for that either.

When Plumbing Matters did fix another issue on a previous visit, the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Plumbing Matters. I'm happy to add my review today to all the other the 5-stars reviews.

Amazing work! Just got my bathroom sink faucet quickly replaced after it started to leak. Our Plumber Kevin was super friendly, explained thoroughly the job to be done. Compared to another ""big named"" Plumbing company who came to fix our kitchen clog sink, Plumbing Matters Rooter knocks them out of the park. The other big named Plumber were extremely rude and beyond expensive. I ENDED up fixing the clog myself. I wish I would have known about Plumbing Matters before, I would have had Kevin come out. NOW I know exactly who to call. Thank You Guys!

Hi! Two years ago, I was blessed to have found Plumbing MATTers rooter & Plumbing Services. I had a plumbing emergency, and Matt and his dad, Tony, stopped by my house on the way to Matt's birthday party to help me. Matt helped me again today. I had a plumbing issue last night. I texted Matt, and he had Justin here by 9 am. Matt is honest and does a great job at a fair price. Like it or not, we all need a plumber, and it's great to have one like Matt! -- feeling blessed.
