I was at my wits end trying to get a plumber in the county to come out and see some polybutylene (PB) piping at my water heater that my new homeowners' insurer wanted removed and replaced. I made a list of five companies to call and for some reason I started with the second on the list, Plumbing Masters. I was a bit concerned by several 1-star ratings, but most were from more than five years ago. When I called on Monday, I was surprised that I could get a Tuesday (today) appointment. I needed to have the work done NLT June 15. I think that I was fortunate that PM sent Will who examined my water heater and the PB piping, called his boss, and told me that he was cleared to do what was needed. It took Will only an hour to remove the PB piping and replace it with the latest piping material, a kind of new and more flexible version of PVC. The price was reasonable at $369. Will upgraded a release device. (The """"come out"""" fee of PM is $125, which gets built into the work.) Needless to say, I will hired PM again, especially if the office can send Will.

DISHONEST Called them and was quoted $58 for a service call that would be part of the total fee if they fixed the problem. They came out with very little equipment, couldn't find the problem and obviously left without fixing it, lied about how long they were there on the invoice, and charged $200. Called another company who found the problem quickly and fixed it, all within an hour. .

Awesome customer service !!! They truly support the customer !! Been working them for 10 yrs. Will call them again !!

They repaired a slab leak for us and then when we had a new leak, they came out and told us specifically that it was not in the same place but it was. The repair they did didn't even hold for a month. Don't worry though, we were given an unsolicited quote for a re-plumb the first time around. Now we're hurricane prepping trying to repair it ourselves. Their weekend on call person was not helpful and even flippant about our situation. RUDE. We trusted them to do right by us. Very disappointed. We DO NOT recommend for anything EVER. Also, my husband was able to repair it better himself using Youtube. Ridiculous.

165 dollars to replace a washer in a tub faucet and no breakdown of charges on the receipt, cost of labor/time/materials left empty. 500$ quote to replace the faucet lol.

I have hired Plumbing masters 3 times for different projects. One was a major re-plumbing of a guest bathroom. They have always been on time, quoted what I feel was a reasonable fee and did a great job. I don't feel the need to call anyone else for my plumbing needs.

They deserve a minus rating BIG RIPOFF!!!!!!!! The most costly, worst Customer service experience I have ever had. They charged $125.00 fee to locate the problem, which was not necessary because I told Tom, assumed plumber, that it was one of my toilets. His helper, Will, found and fixed the problem. Was informed by Tom it would be an additional charge to fix it. Now it's up to 156.19; upon request, I was given a 15.00 discount, final bill 141.19. I called to informed them the valve was leaking, and was told Tom would be here between 2 and 5, received a call from Tom wanting to reschedule. I told him the problem, he told me """"if there was a problem with the valve there would be a replacement charge"""". After speaking with representative, I was told that charge would be 150.00. She said that is """"what they charge"""". So much for a warrantee of their work!!!!! I use that term loosely. They are the WORST, they have bad attitudes, poor customer service and take advantage of senior citizens. Please BEWARE!!!!! Plumbing masters is a BIG RIPOFF Joan

Hired them to unstop a drain in my 79 year old father-in-laws home. They sent out John. He charged I believe $125 per line for a total of $459, and the next day the kitchen sink was still backing up. My wife called them and at first the guy that answered the phone said no problem they have a 30 day warranty and he would call John. A few minutes later he called back extremely rude and said there would be another $59 service charge claiming that John was never told about the sink. When asked why they wouldn't check all the lines he said """" if you called about a broken window you wouldn't expect them to check all the windows.Tried to explain to tell him that John was told he got even ruder and said """"you don't have to use us, get somebody else"""". This is the second time we had used Plumbing Masters and each time was John. Didn't like him the first time now with the other guy's attitude we'll never use them again. So yes we did get someone else. Rip-offs, and over charging.

Great Company to use, I called three different Companies who would not do the Sewer Mainline Reroute and replacement it was one of these companies we called that told us we should contact Plumbing Masters and as a homeowner I am glad that happened. This company knows what they are doing. The tech who came out for the estimate understood we just bought the house and money was tight. He gave us 2 different price quotes one if they did all the trenching and one if we did it. He walked us through the areas to be dug up and because of that we were able to save over $4,000 dollars, he was also available to answer the questions we had about how deep the trench needed to be and had given us his cell number. Thank you for understanding when money situations are tight and giving that option. I have more Plumbing work to be done soon with the Kitchen and Bathroom renovations planned and I will definitely be using your company again. I cannot stress how pleased I am with this company concerning their work, and professionalism.

To whom it may concern: I am writing this email to express our profound disappointment in one of your Brevard Cty, Fl. plumbers, Nathan. We contacted your office April 22, 2024, requesting repairs to dripping faucets in both the kitchen and bathroom at one of our numerous rental properties we have in the area. Nathan provided no notice of when he would arrive to perform the repairs at our 1718 Morning Glory property in Melbourne, Fl. He called to inform us that he had installed a cartridge in the faucet in the bathroom, at a cost of $194. He didn't bother to check to make certain the problem had been fixed. When he found that it was still dripping, he quoted us a price of $900 plus to replace the valve in the bathroom. When asked if he had checked the kitchen faucet, he said that his work order was only for the bathroom faucet. He informed us that if he couldn't replace the cartridge, we would need to replace the faucet. He couldn't replace the cartridge, did not have a kitchen faucet on his truck, and said that we would incur another trip-charge. When asked why that fee should fall to us, he said that it wasn't on his order. When informed that we specifically stated that we needed repairs to both the bathroom and kitchen sinks, he said, """"I wasn't there."""" He made no effort to resolve the matter with his office. We asked how much we owed for the work already done; he stated that it was $194. We informed him that we were displeased with the service, stop performing other services, and we would contact another plumber. When informed, he abruptly terminated the call. We have used Plumbing Masters at some of our other properties and have been pleased with their services. However, Nathan's conduct was completely inappropriate and reflects poorly on the fine reputation Plumbing Masters has created. Very Disappointed, Tom
